Exceptionally friendly and helpful lady on check in. My attic room was characterful and cosy, very comfortable bed.
Hotel is very conveniently situated on main street in Tetbury, with car park to rear. Hotel has delightful garden with terrace to be enjoyed on sunny days and indoor cosy dining room, bar and library areas, some of which are dog friendly.
I dined in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent, very generous portion sizes and beautifully presented.
The hotel breakfast, in the dining room overlooking the garden, was also very enjoyable.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner on the terrace, great food and service, the breakfast menu was also very good. Our room was spacious and well equipped. A very enjoyable stay.
Our upgraded room was on the 2nd floor, some guests might find 2 flights of stairs, difficult. Would advise guests check where their room is when booking.

Excellent selection at Breakfast and lovely views of the secluded garden. Hotel in the very centre of this busy Cotswolds town. Amazing townscape with buildings dating back 500 plus years.
Bathroom..had to virtually climb into the tub as it was so high off the floor. Not ideal for two mobility challenged OAPs.
No fridge inthe room and UHT milk!!! What?
But biscuits lovely.

beautiful location, fabulous hotel, we stayed in the turret room which was very quaint. The gardens were beautiful, food excellent staff excellent. can’t fault anything.
we loved how it was an old building but beautifully maintained. Had everything you would get in a modern hotel.

Very good food at dinner and breakfast. A beautiful garden in which to sit and yet right in the middle of town.
Overall very good but parked under a tree and the birds punished my car!

Hotel in centre of Tetbury (lovely little town).
Beautiful old, characterful hotel with beautiful decor.
Breakfast (smashed avocado & poached eggs on a tiny piece of toast) was delicious but looked totally lost on the very large dinner plates on which it was served.
