Unit very comfortable but some furniture & fittings look a bit tired (obvious wear & stains on sofa).

Spa would not turn off, bed was uncomfortable

The kitchenette was nice and has all the necessary utensils for dining and cooking. Towels provided were of good size and quantity.

The carpet was not of good quality. No internet connection with TV, hard to manage with kids. It would be good to have AC during summer in Christchurch.

Friendly staff, great location, and amazing room. I would highly recommend them as your next stay in Christchurch.

The location is perfect, suitable for people who arrive for work or travel with family. The owners and other guests are friendly, helpful and nice. It is near the Chinese market, malls, shops, bus stop and parks. I am lucky to rent in this cozy and eco-friendly place.

A lovely welcome. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit so the extra room was appreciated. Also the ground coffee and plunger was an nice extra.

The heater didn't work. Also we could hear other users using the spa bath at 1:30 am. Also the facilities looked a little shabby and could do with an upgrade. Also please provide extra pillows.
