Hair was everywhere, probably they did not clean it enough before our stay.

The host was very welcoming and waiting for us beyond usual check in time because we had unexpected delay with our trip. The apartment was very spacious and it might be convenient for the whole family stay. All necessary facilities were available in the apartment. Free parking was included.

Even though the apartment was clean, there were some marks from previous guests' stay. Minor redecorating and more attention to maintenance would make this apartment just perfect.

The apartment was decently sized.

There was a problem with checking in as the host did not understand english. We asked for a 3pm check in but the host originally messaged to ask us to wait till 7pm after we got into the building. We managed to insist and the host gave us instructions to take the key from a flower pot afterwards. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly as dishes were still in the dishwasher, there were hanging sockets under the TV. The furniture looked old and some of them were falling apart. There weren't much necessities provided (I.E. only one roll of toilet paper with no extras). Another thing that happened was that at 9am the next day (we were scheduled to check out at 11am), the host just rang the doorbell and barged into the room and demanded to take all the towels which was super rude and unprofessional. She did not introduce herself but simply went "I am the owner.". She then came back 30 minutes later to return the apartment and said that she got the wrong apartment which left us super confused and annoyed.

Fully functional apartment with a laundry machine, iron, AC, hairdryer, kettle etc.

There were neither shower gel nor shampoo. Even though meeting the lovely host for picking up the keys is incredible, maybe a code for the doors could be setup so that the visitor wouldn’t change their plans just to pick up the keys by physically being there.

The apartment was clean. The manager was easily contactable by text and phone. Internet was strong. The access to public transport and shops was excellent for a long term stay. A great space

The only downside was not being able work out how to turn the TV on. But the manager was helpful and would have assisted more if we had wanted. We were only staying the one night so there was no problem.

- clean - very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, AC) - quiet room - conveniently connected with the city center - 3 min to the tram stop - spacious for a couple

- one downside: due to the mess, which previos visitors left in the property, checkin was delayed till 4pm

The host was very friendly and met us right on time

For a really sunny days it might me too hot in apartments, but there was an air conditioner in a living room, and additional fans in bedrooms.
