The staff were really friendly and accommodating, if they’re not at the front desk, there’s a phone number you could ring and they’ll pick up straight away and address any concerns.

It was a good location being right by Haeundae beach but if you do plan on doing the other touristy things such as gamcheon village, biff square etc most of them are a bit further from this hotel, usually about an hour commute via public transport. It was no issue for me personally

The location was perfect, a 15mn walk from line 2 subway station or a 5-7mn walk to a bus stop. The ocean view was amazing, breakfast was good (with the possibility of cooking yourself, and also a very nice terrasse to enjoy the sea and fresh air) and the staff was also very helpful and nice. Netflix was also a very nice plus haha I would come back again !

I couldnt find bathroom slippers but maybe I was just blind or inattentive (which happens all the time) otherwise there's nothing to complain about :)

Really perfect room, lots of space, a very comfortable bed and a very beautiful sea view. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is good, especially when you can take it on the terrace. Ideal location to swim and go for a walk on Haeundae.

the location was amazing! right on the ocean, the room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom (heated toilet seat, fabulous bidet). The staff were lovely and the bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable.

The included breakfast was not very good - we chose to eat out every day and have decent coffee and croissants at cafe’s in the area, and although the room was cleaned every day, towels changed, floor cleaned, etc. the walls were noticeably scuffed. I know that since Covid most hotels are trying to recover, and re-painting rooms is probably far down the list, but a fresh paint job would have made the room look exceptional!

Breakfast was a good spread. Croissants, cereal, toast, coffee, etc. The rooms were clean and the bathroom very modern. The location is excellent- right by the beach! The staff are so friendly and check-in/check-out were so seamless. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough :)

The hotel is near the beach, and has friendly and helpful staff. You eat breakfast on the rooftop, where you can choose between different Western breakfast options via a buffet. Hygiene is good.

The bathrooms didn't have shower curtains, which meant that after every shower, the rest of the bathroom needed a wipe. Another downside for me was that the rooms weren't soundproofed. That meant that at times (definitely not always) you could hear the guests outside in the hall, sounds from the lobby etc. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to this when sleeping. And while the location is nearby the beach, you need to walk around 15 minutes to get to the nearest metro station.

The location was perfect with amazing view of the ocean. Accessible to lots of restaurants and a popular long street with entertainment.

the location, the service, the view.. everything was great! the place has modern facilities and the rooms are spacious. it was clean and homey. laundry was free and breakfast was also free. its just a simple bread and eggs and cereals and yogurt but its free and its a good start up meal for the day. unlimited coffee and tea too. the staff were accommodating and helpful. the location was also great as it is near the haeundae blueline park and the beach as well as the sky and the haeundae market. this was the best hotel we stayed so far in Korea. very well recommended.

Pretty much everything. It was raining whilst we visited, so staff at the front offered umbrellas for us to use for the day/night at no extra cost. We had unlimited access to fresh bottles of water, pod coffee and use of the washing machine at no extra cost. Staff greeted us every time we entered the lobby, so happy. Room was probably the cleanest we stayed in.

Room was a little tight for us since we had 2 big bags and 2 carry ons, but we made it work.

Checking in was fast and friendly. The hotel is small, clean, and very well situated. I had a sea-view from my room which was very pleasant to have. Included breakfast was simple, but a good start to the day - the breakfast room is on the top floor with a balcony, which is perfect to have a cup of coffee on in the morning. The rooms are ample for two people and the shower was good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend the Mipo Oceanside Hotel if you are after a few days by the sea.

Excellent location with beautiful ocean views, in easy walking distance to all that Haeundae Beach has to offer. Several restaurants, a bar, and a 7-11 in the same building. Free parking and roomy (by Korean standards) parking spaces in garage Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

These are not in any way complaints about the hotel, because we would 100% stay there again. Just a few observations. 1- the hotel is not super close to public transportation. We had a car and walked most places so that wasn't an issue for us. Just know that if you plan on relying on the bus/train you will have to walk a few blocks. Secondly, there is occasionally an odor that comes from the sewer system (we noticed this in several areas of Korea, so this is definitely not just a Busan thing) and, at times, it was noticeable inside the hotel. They have diffusers available in the room and running in the hallway, so it was not unbearable by any means. But, if you are sensitive to that sort of thing, it may be wise to bring your favorite essential oil to use in the diffuser.

Great, comfortable stay in a beautiful area! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but it was nice to have. They also let us use the laundry machine which was great. Highly recommend Mipo Oceanside Hotel for your stay in Haeundae!

The rooms were a little small but it wasn’t a problem.

Simple small hotel, but beyond my expectations for the price. All amenities provided, including free breakfast. BEST location in the area, as it is walking distance to everything (I.e. beach, market, blue line train, buses, restaurants). Recommend getting a drink at the rooftop bar, as you get a nice view of the beach.
