the staff

the first night, our floor was full. we couldn’t sleep almost all night because very very noisy. the guests seats in the corridor and made lots of noise , the breakfast only suits local not for westerns

Bathroom very tight

I like the location it's close to the area I wanted to visit.

The reception was just beside the bus travel agency. Many people are sitting in the enterance waiting for the bus just around the reception and the price without breakfast was expensive. In addition the towel was not white anymore, it was old towel guess it's been years. Good I took my own towel so I didn't use the hotel's towel. Just seeing the towel felt disgusting. In the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom then I took shower with cold water. It's ok shower with cold water in the evening but morning guess no one like it especially Bandung area. Not recommend really.

Towel are old, the colour is not white anymore. Looks like grey. Need to change.

location wise is OK, staff handled properly

all linen looks dirty, specially pillow sheet & blanket looks not clean properly , the color is grey not clean white, floor not clean & mopped properly,window curtain and cabinet full with dust, on shower water very slow. bath towel same condition as other linens, grey color not clean white, Seems like the hotel not support covid-19 protocol.

The room, especially the bathroom is quite unclean

1) KEEP MY PASSPORT WITHOUT INFORMATION, IT IS THE HOTEL MUST KEEP MY PASSPORT 2) 3 DAY STAY, AVERY DAY CANNOT ENTER THE ROOM.. MUST GO TO LOBBY TO INFORM AND SOME TIME THE CARD STILL CANNOT ACCESS...
