Great location, great environment, great staff. Will come back again for sure.

The location on the Braga. Breakfast choices were extremly varied.

Hygiene was extremely bad, (bath) rooms, sheets, curtains and tiles were dirty and/or had black mold. The hotel gave a party on the 3rd floor until 02:30 and we couldnt sleep on the 8th floor due to the extreme subwoofer and karaoke noises. This was not mentioned on checkin and the hotel said it would end 01:00. Breakfast quantity was great, quality was quite poor.

Lovely location, with a particularly nice open-air bar with live music at night! Fantastic historical location near landmark buildings, and really nice to walk around.

Parking space were very limited

The rooms were clean but rather small. There was no tissue provided in the room except for toilet. No complimentary pen provided.

The service and attitude of staff. They are not attentive to customer's need and requirements. Breakfast is from 6 a.m to 10a.m but at 6.15 some food station not ready. Bread toaster was not switch on and still cannot toast bread ( not hot ). Inform staff but nothing done. Requested cleaning of room but towel unchanged and toilet tissue not given. My brother-in-law room was given new towel even though he did not for room cleaning. Upon checking no trolley provided to carry baggages. Nor were we asked whether trolley needed. Upon checking out it took the staff 15 minutes to bring luggages from room to lobby. No room to room dial function. Everything must be done through opetator.

Totally, hotel is good and nice place to see "Braga street" in bandung. And starbucks is so close.

At that time, it was raning. I think its better for hotel to prepare several good umbrella. We used umbreea from hotel but its broken and torn.

The only thing that is not okay was the shower. The water pressure was really not good. Other things are great. The room was great and my daughter loved it. The locations is perfect.

Clean room, great location and great road side cafe... if the building cross the road is developed well, spectacular... ! Months back, the Gedung PLN light is kept on at nite... but these days closed by the curtain...
