Un peu plus de rangement : un porte manteau, plus d'étagères etc, des prises des deux cotés du lit.

Plusieurs chaînes de télévision n’étaient pas accessibles. Le temps d’attente des ascenseurs très long le matin.

1er Chambre humide, deuxième jour on m’en donne une autre et celle ci remplie de fourmis. Pas de proposition de remboursement ou d’indemnisation. Vraiment mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel.

Room condition was shameful, old, overused, scratched everywhere, bathroom in scandalous conditions, eaten from wetness, with holes, ants everywhere, quite disappointing!

The Windows dont open and no ventilation. Little cleanliness and the decoration of the rooms leaves much to be desired. looks like a prison cell

The windows can not be opened inside the room, and there was no air-conditioning. Hence it was very hot at night.

It was ok. Last minute booking Good location Sat and Sunday Market just outside Easy access to public transport

The room is co mpact. For 3 people. But only 1 chair in the room. Should provide kettle. Had a small child. Had to go pay for cup of hot water to make milk. Should have at least a kettle in the hotel to allow parent to use. No provision for Vegan at breakfast choice. The pillows are so soft. They should provide at least 2 pillows per person. Because as soon as you put your head on it. It just flatten. It was terrible.

I had ants in my room got a new room then ants again and new room and even in the night!

staff could welcome properly the guests, no knowledge of English. the late shift female receptionist on Friday February 3rd was super rude with no front desk skills AT ALL. it is a pity
