This is a good place at a great price right in the city center next to the park and cathedral with food all around or nearby. Room near the street is noisy, but easily overlooked if you're tired. It's simple and comfy. No TV in the room. Wifi is good for appropriate floor selected. Prior stays and services. Staff is congenial and helpful. Secure facility. Tourist services and personal services available. A traveler's favorite for budget.

Hey, room near the street can be noisy, but, you also have a little balcony overlooking the park. Trade off. The bathroom fan liked to make a little noise, but that's the travel experience and not a big concern.

The location was perfect, the people were friendly, beds were comfy, I couldn’t complain. after a day of fun extreme sports, it was so nice to come back to this chill hostel that kinda felt more like a home.

the air conditioning was only started at 10 pm and turned off at 7 am, but otherwise it was perfect

I strongly recommend this place to every backpacker. It's a very social hostel, with great common areas, very welcoming and confortable. Rosalba and Daniela will directly make you feel at home and are always there to help you with any question you might have. I liked this place so much that I came back for another night after spending a few days more in the north of Santander. Thanks Rosalba and Daniela for your warm welcoming and for making me feel at home ! Definitively one of the best hostel I've been to !

The location is perfect and I was lucky to have a room on the opposite side of the main street so it was quiet during the night. Cool terrace and chill out areas, nice pool. The staff was really nice and taking care.

Not sure if it's all rooms but sleeping on the top of my bunkbed was really a nightmare, you're so close to the ceiling you can touch it, little space and almost no air to breathe, the only fan in the room didn't make it better. My room was really small for four people, not enough space for your backpack. Also, there are no small shelfs next to your bed like in other hostel so if you're sleeping upstairs, you can't have anything there or you have to sleep with it in your bed, it's a small and not expensive thing that can be easily fixed and would make it so much more comfortable. Same as no hooks in the whole room, you can't hang anything anywhere (wet swimsuit, towels).

The hostel is in a beautiful colonial house(La mansion hostel, not Sam's VIP.) It has a comfortable and chill vibe. The location is very close to the center, but not noisy.

The Sam's VIP did overbook for our reservation, so we had to move to their sister hostel, La Mansion. It has a restaurant on the first floor, which is nice, but repetitive gringo-music was always playing. The music was certainly didn't go well with the old colonial house. Free coffee is not served at the time of staying.

Prices were inconsistent. Only place I ever stayed that was cheaper to book on line while at the property rather than at the front desk.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, it has a pool and a sauna! any activity you could possibly want to do can be arranged from the hostel, it has 2 kitchens and it was a very social vibe.

The only thing I didn't like was my bed, wasn't the comfiest but everything else made up for it.
