The food was the best 😋

There is not a good bar outside and there ir not a fridge in the room.

At first glance it looks like a lovely calm hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. That was untill a bus full of highschool students showed up and started blasting music at 6 am. The taxi we booked at the reception never showed up cause they simply forgot about it. Resulting in missing our bus.

The facilities

1. They let a guest partied until 6am next to my room. Very loud music. When I complained what they said is that they have been CALLING the guest many times. What about knocking the door, call the manager, etc. it was clear that the party mattered more than my comfort. Went for work and didn’t sleep at all. 2. Asked for the iron and it was dirty, result: my blouse is burnt. At least they paid back via the insurance. Few days after I asked for it, answer: oh, no, we have to repair it. I don’t believe it. 3. They fool people by saying they have discount, FALSE !, that hotel is far from costing 67usd (260000 cop), what they do is to place a high discount so people think is a good one and they are getting a good deal, at they they ask for what it’d really cost. 4. The rooms are poorly maintained, there were spiderwebs, shower was a mess, furnitures were old, blankets were old and poor quality. 5. What’s the point to choose a hotel with turco and jacuzzi if you can use it 20 mins and just after 6pm? I was there like an idiot at 5:45 pm waiting that is ready. 6. Choose this one because my colleague was go go with her kid and the playground was not available. There must be so much better options in San Gil.

Everything was great. The photos don't do it justice. They have a pool table, ping pong table, jacuzzi, swimming pool, massages, and much more.

The closet door wouldn't open because of the fridge in the closet, but it wasn't a big deal. They gave us a better room than we paid for and we were very happy and comfortable.

I loved the site, a beautiful terraced garden with lush greenery, and it was beautifully quiet at night. Breakfast was just right and the chef, Hector, prepared nice dinners for me.The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the manager was available in the mornings to answer any questions. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the centre or alternatively there are regular buses passing the entrance.

Although the standard room was good value with a lovely bed, it felt like the renovation was not complete. A light switch near the bed would have been useful too. The pool had non slip surfaces around the perimeter but a safety ladder is needed for less mobile people like myself.
