Beautiful location in front of the beach, great breakfast, delicious food in the Arena restaurant and attached grill house.

Service is slow in the beach area and drinks taste very artificial. On the expensive side considering value fue money.

Everything was perfect! Rooms and food but the staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely nice and polite! My new favorite place!

Zu laute Musik im Poolbereich, worauf auf Reklamation jedoch sofort positiv reagiert wurde!

The beach is beautiful and the bar service amazing although is very quite.

They don’t have a a good restaurant in the facilities, the spa was closed, the gym is too small without enough equipment, the breakfast is terrible do not worth it to pay for it. They dont have a convenience store or pharmacy in the hotel. The place is extremely quite, they don’t have ambience, no music in the pool are or any other areas, not sport activities, not pool activities ver boring. This is a very boring hotel for retired people. You have to take a Uber out of the facilities if you want to eat well or have some fun. The shuttle service is terrible and if you want the hotel taxi service is extremely expensive while an Uber charge you btw 10- 20 buck the hotel charge you 50 buck for their taxi service.

All of the staff were so service-oriented and welcoming! The environment just made us feel so good throughout the whole visit. The breakfast kicked off our days in the best possible way. Access to a nice gym and some really good golfcourses was adding a lot to the overall experience. We’re already longing to revisit Westin Punta Cana.
