Beautiful location, although it meant we had to drive further to Cap de Creus and sant pere de Rodes I think it’s a better choice than the more urban/commercial areas nearer the coast. Comfortable beds and a very filling breakfast. What makes the difference however is the family and staff, every person we spoke to obviously wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable and was very welcoming (and very understanding of my limited Spanish!).

Just a couple of small quirks which seem to be design over function, the bath/shower room doesn’t have a fan or towel rail so we needed to change the towels every day. The room we had overlooked the seating area at the front of the hotel, understandably people want to sit outside on a nice evening but it meant we couldn’t open the balcony door without hearing their conversations. Overall however still generally quiet and a wonderful stay.

The meals were excellent and breakfasts were abundant and varied. The farm buildings have been tastefully redone. The service was outstanding. The setting was spectacular. The owner even organized a barbecue for his guests one night.

The setting and bucolic feel, the property is beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional.

The bedroom was very comfortable but there were some minor details that could be fixed up.

We have been there before so wanted to return , it is a very relaxed place close to the highway and amazing for travelling dogs. Nice ambiance and great hospitality of the family. Will for sure come back

This is a rare opportunity to share a little of the history and love of an amazing regional family who has poured so much love and attention into the property that one finds it hard to leave. Beds extremely comfortable, rooms spacious, dinner excellent, breakfast outstanding and I mean outstanding. Personal service of this family run hotel/b&b second to none. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and we will continue to do so.
