Rooms are nice, clean and quiet, there two quite big and nice pools (great even for little kids).

Near beaches are really nice, however we prefer (because of our little kids) to take a car there, it is not "in view" from the accommodation. The same applies to restaurants - within the area there is a good variety for lunch or dinner; however it is not right accross the street.

Hard to find something we didn’t like, staff lovely, place nice and clean, well laid out. if I had to pick one thing to be aware of it’s that it’s a little bit out of the way and the last 0.5km to the property a little bit run down (but totally appreciate the owners of the property have no control over that at all!)

The grounds are well maintained and relaxing and so are the rooms. Staff were amazing, very helpful and ready to assist. It will definitely be an arrivederci 😁🔆🙏

The whole complex is serene and beautiful. Surrounded with lemon trees the little bangalows are a dream. Equipped with everything you need and staff are very helpful. Breakfast incredible. We will be back!!

We loved absolutely everything.

It is a very serene, quiet and private location. The location is amazing, super pretty and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is great. Make sure to rent a car so you can explore the area.

The beds are a bit small if you are very tall.

The warm welcome and all the information provided, as well as a lemon granita tasting. The facilities, the surroundings and the cleanliness.

Not that I didn't like it, but I think it would be nice to have some fresh produce from the land for breakfast. I'm thinking lemonade for example but I understand it might not be possible in terms of quantity.

Poor breakfast. Had to order sparkling water as none was available. Ordered Aperol spritz and was served Spritz from Lidl!

A dream place

The grounds were beautiful, staff very helpful and genuine, lovely breakfast too.

Not related to the place itself, but being March the surrounding restaurants were all closed.

The breakfast was generous and the staff very friendly and cordial and available to every need. Location is the perfect compromise between seaside, countryside and town. Very close to the sea without having to put up with the summer busy times. Also near Noto city which is a gem and close to roads for easy access to all the area's attractions. We only wish the weather was better to be able to enjoy it more, particularly those beautiful looking swimming pools (yes, two of them!). Unfortunately our time there coincided with the very bad weather at the end of October. Never mind that we still were able to visit many places nearby, Noto being the jewel in the crown.

The team working at Terra dei Limoni is super nice, friendly and helpful. The cakes at breakfast impress :) I liked that we had our own kitchen to cook sometimes, but still the breakfast was there every morning. The cabin had a small patio just for us. The location is very good to explore many beaches around, as well as the interesting villages and landmarks of South East Sicily (of course you need a car). We stayed for 2 weeks and it didn't get boring at all :)

A couple of wine glasses in the room would have been nice. I think it is just a tiny bit expensive but I did enjoy my stay.

Exceptionally quiet at night, very helpful staff, and particularly well maintained grounds. Breakfast was good, lovely breakfast cakes. Savored being amidst the lemon trees and being in such a verdant atmosphere. Bed was comfy, good water pressure and sufficient towel racks. Close to Noto, and othet interesting sites.

This property is stunningly beautiful! Our suite with kitchen was nestled amongst the lemon and olive trees providing ample privacy. The shower had ample water flow with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was abundant with homemade cakes, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit with servers. Seating was both in and outside providing ample room for spacing and privacy. We wish we had been able to stay for more than one night. A perfect base for visiting the surrounding area. And a family would love the two swimming pools and soccer field too!

The caffe was from a machine. My friend enjoyed her espresso but my cappuccino never tastes good from a machine.
