On our arrival to the hotel we were greeted in the hotel by extremely nice person called Bahtiyar. He was very helpful and allowed us early check in , especially because my husband had very serious issue with his back was unable to walk. absolutely fantastic service ! During our stay the hotel stuff helped us with all our requests . Fantastic team and very friendly atmosphere ! the location of the hotel is very convinrent for many places with many shops and services around .

This hotel is perfect but rooms need to be isolated for noise Rooms are so close one to the other without isolation, you can hear what other are taking about in the other rooms

The number was clean and the breakfast was good. I forgot to get my payment invoice, but later I wrote to hotel and they provided it in short time.

At the check-in I informed the receptionist that I want late check-out. He charged me 50% of room cost for check-out at 6-7pm. But my room's key didn't work before my check-out time and I have to go to desk to explain their mistake. I have expected better service for such payment. I asked smoothing-iron, but was waiting more than hour for that.

The delay of 1.15 min at check in beyond 1400 due to room cleaning and preparation . Breakfast needs improvement.

Turkish coffee €3, beer €5 for hotel guests. I handed the car over to the parking staff, it was returned damaged, I reported it to the reception, nothing happened...no response.

the air condition was broken, it need more than 4 hours to become normal, not cold
