De vriendelijke en behulpzame houding van het personeel. Het was gemeend en geen aangeleerd trucje.
De temperatuur kunnen regelen op de kamer, het was soms aan de koude kant.
De koelkast kon niet worden uitgeschakeld, terwijl wij hier geen gebruik van maakten. 's Nachts sloeg hij aan.

Trevligt hotell som ligger ganska avsides. Rent och fräscht och ljust, trevligt rum. Frukostbuffén var bra och det enda jag saknade var våfflor! Jättefint ordnat för vår hund som var med på resan.
Största problemet med detta hotell är att det inte finns parkering annat än i ett parkeringshus som kostar 200 kr/dygn. Jag har elbil och försökte ladda den under natten, men max laddtid var 6 timmar, så den slog i från vid 03 och bilen var bara till hälften laddad på morgonen när vi skulle köra till Stockholm.

Modernes, funktionales, sauberes, etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber nah einer Schnellstrasse gelegenes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Dass man für einen kurzfristig erkrankten Mitreisenden trotz rechtzeitiger Anzeige die vorab geleistete Bezahlung nicht einmal anteilig zurückerstattet bekommt. Rechtlich vmtl. korrekt, aber für gute und mehrtägige Wiederholungskunden hätte ich hier Hotel-seitig definitiv etwas Kulanz erwartet.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal im Frühstücksraum! Großes Buffet, es wurde ständig nachgelegt und sehr schnell abgeräumt. Großes, helles Zimmer, großes Bad.
Personal am Front Desk unerfahren. Ich kam 13.30 im Hotel an, Einchecken erst 15.00 möglich - oder aber gegen 150 SEK Gebühr. Die Mitarbeiterin am Frontdesk rechnete falsch ab, es waren zwei Korrekturen nötig, bis die Rechnung stimmte. Im Business Hotel sollten m.E. keine Praktikanten allein Dienst tun. Parkhaus war teuer, zügig und kalt. Sessel im Zimmer bekleckert und schmutzig, wie auch die Korrespondenzmappe. Das Hotel wird vor allem von Mitarbeitenden von Tetra Pak genutzt. Zum Zentrum sind es mehr als 2 km - immer schön bei Tetra Pak entlang....

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im Radisson Blue. Wieder ein erholsames Erlebnis. Ein schönes Zimmer in der achten Etage mit weitem Blick. Alles sauber und anegnehm. Für den Hund stand ein Hundebett bereit. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich habe um 22 Uhr noch ein Bier bekommen, obwohl die Bar um diese Zeit bereits schließt.
Die Dekoration im Eingang war sehr angenehm: ein Gruß für die Fellnasen und ein Gruß zu Halloween. Parkmöglichkeiten genau gegenüber dem Hotel in einem Parkhaus zu allerdings ziemlich überteuerten Preisen.
Das einzige, das ich auszusetzen ahbe, ist das Rührei zum Frühstück. Bei einem sonst sehr schmackhaftem und reichhaltigem Frühstücksangebot, ist das Rührei immer irgendwie eine belanglose Masse aus dem Kanister. Sehr schade.

Simple to find
Extremly aggresive parking company outside. Easypark fined several cars while checking in to the hotel. It took 5 min to check in and duting that time easypark fined a lot of cars. Parking companys personel were extremly aggressiv so me personal feel very unsafe aroubd them. Looks like they did find a good source of money in just when people arrived to the hotel. The hotel are besieds an industiral site and no other trafik besides the one to the hotel goes there.

It had friendly staff and room was nice but not impressive , breakfast was good
Too far out of Lund , pool table good to have but very dirty , bar closed too early , and felt like it was geared for the business park not tourists

Very good breakfast. Comfy beds. A quiet stay.
Had no luck downloading the app which I was prompted to download. When ordering the room, I noted a request for bicycles, as this was advertised, but none were available when we showed up. I thought the hotel would have some sort of free parking, but it seems to not have been planned when building the premises. None of this was of major concern to us, but relevant for Radisson to take into consideration, I guess.

Definitely breakfast
There was only one person at the reception desk while many guests arrived at the time. The lady was very polite, but could not unload the queue herself at short notice. She lacked a second person to help

Mattress was quite soft, buffet room and number of staff is too small for the amount of people who are having breakfast. Staff is constantly hassling to refill everything. Location in an industrial park wasn't very appealing

No windows could open and ventilation / AC didn't work. Breakfast was too crowded for the staff to replenish it.

There were no slippers in the room and took 24 hours for getting them and breakfast wasn't good either and cleaning the rooms took untill 2-3 o'clock afternoon.

Location was great, there is a gated compound we are able to use (I have a van) the staff are great.
