La ubicación y la amabilidad de la chica rubia de recepción del turno de mañana.

Camas muy muy pequeñas!! Y no del todo cómodas. El sofá cama del tercer adulto muy incómodo, se clavan los muelles. El baño muy muy pequeño, agobiante. Buffet pobre.

Cleanliness should be improved. Seriously.

Staff is very helpful, that is a big plus. Good breakfast.

Rummet var placerat i mitten av hotellet utan möjlighet till dagsljus och det var mögel i taket i badrummet.

Die Lage ist super. Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Jedoch fehlten ein Schrank oder sonstige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleider und so.

Wir konnten das Zimmer erst um 17.30 beziehen, obschon wir schon um 11.00 vor Ort waren und 15.00 eigentlich hätte bezugsbereit sein sollen. Frühstück ist nicht überwältigend.

It was all acceptable.

Mattress rather soft.

The hotel is in a very good location for a stopover in Lund. The public areas are quite chic and glamorous, our room was a little less so. But it was very quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were generally welcoming but see below. Breakfast was not too bad. Overall it was all OK for the price.

The room was small and dated, it didn't need an old armchair squeezed in, it would be better with a bedside cabinet. We thought we would try the hotel restaurant as there are many signs advertising it. We were told at reception to come down any time (so we came at 7pm) We asked the waitress for a table, she abruptly said No, we are rather busy now. (we could see one table occupied). It was a complete puzzle, and seemed rude. Never mind, we had a delightful meal at a restaurant in the park, so it all worked out well.
