The people in our room were nice, that's about it, the location was alright!

The tiny little kitchen by the reception doesn't really make you want to cook, there had been fights in another room apparently a couple who keeps fighting and it went really far, didn't feel safe and the bed was really comfortable and hard to access to the ones at the top. Pretty expensive for what it is, paid way less for a double private room in rotorua.

Dirty place, shared areas are unclean, bedding with hairs and bed bugs...disgusting!!

Pretty good stay. Awesome location, handy to public transport and short walk to central. Nice clean, comfy rooms and facilities. Staff were helpful.
