Kindness of the staff. Confort of the bed Breakfast was good

the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location is incredible right next to the station of Saint Gratien. We had a good breakfast and in general a great stay!

Location - very good area, safe and peaceful. The hotel is bang on next to the train station to the center.

No coffee or tea. Two people checked in but the water bottle is little and only one. There was a problem with the shower. It did not stay in place when you hook it and it flooded the floor. I had to annoyingly used the towels to dry the floor. There is not much restaurants or convenient stores around the area.

The room was comfortable for a couple and clean. staff were very friendly and helpful despite speaking little or no English.

When we arrived the room was very warm because the vent/airconditioner was set on the heater. We tried using the cooling but it did not seem to make a difference.

Renewed hotel just near the RER station. Nice place if you come to Paris by car. Just behind the hotel there is a big and safe parking complex. Out of Green zone, so you can come without green badge. Very calm and clean place, the room is big enough compared with some Paris hotels, the renovation is very recent. No noise from RER, the neighbourhood was calm, but it was in the weekend.

The staff was nice. Most of them were not able to speak english, but they were nice.

Lack of english skills, even the woman working at the "reception" which was not really existing. Just a laptop in the entrance area between sitting guests. The parking situation was confusing and not explained well. The room was a desaster. The bathroom was the worst. The sink was smaller than a sheet of DIN A4 paper. The tap was loose and tangling around. No space for your hygiene products at all. The floor in this "bath-shower-toilette" room was full of stains, also on the walls. Bed was okay - but the walls around the bed were full of scratches and dirty stains. The ventilation grid was full of dust, if you would start the air conditioning, everything would be blown in the room. Thick layers of dust on the hanging lamps and stains on the carpet everywhere. Breakfast was only sweets. Bistro had a very small menu, and the food was made and served without any passion.

Good hot shower including hand and shower gel very clean with nice soft towels. Breakfast good though nothing hot.

Only two things, there were no facilities for a hot drink in the room i.e. no kettle or instant coffee or teabags milk. The pillows were far too soft no support for your head at all.

The location of hotel is outside of Paris and the latest train at 10pm. As for me it’s all right (it’s just 30 minutes by train) but for people who want to stay longer in Paris they should get a taxi to get to the hotel. And also don’t forget to buy 1 day pass ticket ( cost around 10 €) it’s cheaper, with this ticket you can travel around Paris and get to the hotel.

I liked that it was close to the subway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to a few small shops and restaurants.

it was a great hotel with great location and staff were great specially Shaf and Eric and they were very helpful.
