Breakfast could improve (limited), the experience of cats in the dining area (as I have an allergy to them).

Comfortabel en zeer schoon. Elke dag werd de kamer schoon gemaakt en de koffiebar bijgevuld. We werden zeer gastvrij behandeld en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en met zorg bereid.

Hotel comfortable et ultra bien situee, proche des centres commerciaux, cafes, restaurant, aeroport situe a 20 min en voiture.. Quartier hyper anime.. On ne s' ennuie pas... Petit dejeuner et restaurant plus que correct.. J' ai apprecie le fait qu' ils ont eu l' idee de proteger la telecommande avec du papier transparent pour eviter les bacteries.. Personnel tres serviable et a l' ecoute..

I paid more price for the same room. All of my colleagues booked the room on the same day and we opted for the same facilities but I paid 20% more than my other colleagues and nobody replied to me why it was so. Even I asked the same from the hotel management but they did not reply as well.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and neat.

I asked for a non smoking room but was gives a stinking smoking room. Staff are not friendly or helpful. There is no Bellboy service. Breakfast was average. Was asked to pay extra for a fried egg or scrambled egg.

Review for Ramada Hotel: ⭐️☆☆☆☆ As a frequent traveler and a regular guest at the Ramada chain, my experience at this particular hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment of check-in, it became clear that the standard service I've come to expect from Ramada was lacking here. The staff, particularly Dilan or Dilara at the reception, seemed ill-informed about the check-in process, resulting in being assigned a ground floor room with a bed that was evidently already used. The room emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of dead animals. While my complaint did lead to a room change, my experience was further marred the next morning by a breakfast that, without exaggeration, was worse than what I'd expect in a New York ghetto. My advice to fellow travelers is to steer clear of this particular hotel if you're anticipating the quality and service usually associated with the Ramada chain.
