Lovely bright airy and spacious room. Easy to walk into Deal.

Paul and Claire were very welcoming on arrival, and this continued during our visit. Breakfast was excellent room very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious, the hosts were very friendly. Accommodation very comfortable + I'm sure we will stay again in the near future.

Breakfast was lovely, home cooked with plenty of choices as well as quantity . Delivered to the room, excellent service. The room and bed was especially comfortable. Really quirky house and room. The hosts were very welcoming from the first initial meet until the last day. Really really nice couple.

I loved the whole experience, nothing to complain about just a suggestion that it would have been a nice to have access to an outside area especially in the summer months.

A very good breakfast but we would have preferred to eat in a dining room rather than our bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

It felt rather strange to be eating in our room now that Covid is over.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I booked this accommodation based on previous reviews, parking and WiFi. It was a home away from home and I would book again. Even though the breakfast room was being worked on, the hosts delivered breakfast to my room as a workaround and were accommodating when I needed breakfast a little earlier.

Comfy bed. Easy of coming in and out without handing in your key. Slept well. Just very nice. Food good. Big bathroom Liked breakfast being brought up to the room and sitting in the room together.

Shower was not very powerful. But we were at the top so I imagine pressure is poor.

It was all very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom door didn’t shut.

Front of property needs overhaul.

Very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Bathroom was a good size and breakfast was cooked perfectly. Off-roading parking always available right by the front door.

The property is a lovely old house with lots of character, but the furniture in our room was rather dated and we felt the chair and chest of drawers really needed replacing. We understand that Covid has been a huge problem for the hospitality industry, but we felt the owners were still using it as an excuse not to clean the room and the breakfast was still served in our room which we felt was no longer necessary. There were no restaurants nearby for an evening meal.

Breakfasts were very good, Location was a little further from the centre of town than we had thought but made for a very pleasant walk along the seafront.

The shower was not quite as good as we would have liked but was more than satisfactory for 5 nights.

It was perfect for my needs.
