Staff were the best people you will ever meet. They made us feel welcomed.
Resort itself was immaculate, no words.
Complimentary breakfast is everything you need, light, fresh fruit, delicious (even their coffee sachets were great).
We enjoyed the buffet & live show! I was hoping for more of Samoan dishes served on this night but I still enjoyed what was provided.
Our room had an amazing view of the palm trees, ocean, aircon was great also to help us sleep at night haha & beds were comfortable!
I highly recommend staying here as it's away from busy city life, pure ocean, beautiful villages close by which it really felt like it captured Samoa in one. I really loved this resort & we will definately be back.
Arrived a few hours early, and not being able to check in earlier without being charged. We did get to have complimentary breakfast and use facilities if arrived earlier than check in which was fine.
For breakfast I was a bit shocked at having to pay $20 tala for 2 eggs and it was not served on toast like it said on the menu.
I didn't understand the rule for swimming pool not being able to wear clothing such as tshirt/shorts, lavalavas, as samoans ourselves it's what we usually wear, we ended up swimming at the beach which was way better anyway!

The staff were so friendly - within an hour they knew us all by name and were so accomodating. Our waiter (I think his name was Jerome) on the last night was fantastic, and the mother of the resort constantly checked in to make sure things were going well. It was a beautiful resort, more traditional in design than some of the other resorts we stayed in which added to the character.

The diner restaurants closes 9:30pm and pool closes 8pm.. then you do not have much options on where to eat afterwards..
The same night our privacy was violated I called the reception at 9pm to let them know that I called the restaurant to order room service because we were so hungry and missed the dinner and they weren’t picking up. Then I was told that the chefs went home at 9pm.. but the close time on the menu is 9:30? it was honestly the worst stay all my history of staying in resorts and hotels all over Samoa and the world.
1st day we went in, there was a black pubic hair strand left on our hand towel.. bed really springy and is not comfortable. Never going to stay there anymore it’s the most overrated resort. So don’t stay at this place go to Sheraton or Taumeasina where they take customers more seriously.
Don’t stay there! it’s a rip off!
out dated decor and not worth the money!
we stayed in the upstairs room and some random guy climbed over our balcony drunk, picked up my lighter to light his smoke then went back to his room. I called reception to let them know and tell them that I am checking out a day early because I felt unsafe with my kid. The night manager he was ok but he made me identify the random guy and then told me after that he apologises about it. I still did not feel safe and left the next day, then came back in the arvo to settle my bill. I didn’t even get a discount or free anything for the incident at least something. all I got was sorry oh we can’t do anything in regards to refund.. because I wanted to leave that night so bad!

Great resort! Great customer service from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. They were friendly, welcoming and just really professional. The facilities here were great and really enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast buffet could’ve been improved as in have more options but it was still great.

1.They made us wait for over 3 hours 2 check in.
2..All rooms on my floor smells so bad we had 2 sleep with the door open ,then we're attacked by insects.
3. Waiter's spill food on us ,not once but 3 times in 1 night at dinner, and when I told mangers they just didn't care!!

can’t say I didn’t like anything.

The location was fantastic and I would highly recommend to everyone. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. Best resort ever. Great value for money and would definitely be going back to the resort for my next visit to Samoa.
There is a limited menu and probably not suited for those who have dietary requirements however the staff did make adjustments on request e.g. salads etc. Also the wifi is very limited however with a great view and many activities to do, wifi is the last thing you will need to worry about.

The location is amazing, so beautiful it’s almost doing a disservice to the island of Samoa because you’ll never want to leave and see the sights!
It can be a little difficult to get out and about exploring on your own. However we did visit over New Years so we were caught up in public holidays and I’m sure it’s just easier during the normal times of year with their shuttle service and tours.

Great location and staff.
Not a didn't like. The menu could do with more options. And it would be good if there was a small table at the pool loungers for food and drinks.

The sea view and the show
Rooms need to be updated looking very tired, no tv in room available, wifi not good, no self service laundry facility.
Staff hospitality needs professional development could earn more money for the resort. Ben who has just started not long ago, Dixion, Victoria and another well spoken waiter who he worked mainly in the large restaurant and bar where awesome
Swimming pools not maintained especially the adult pool as was dirty.
Not enough variety on the menu only about 7 things to choose from.
Staff need to know what is happening around the resort as no one knew things when asked.
Be aware when booking shuttle it says $30NZ each for shuttle one way but when you get the bill they charge you $60tala each one way, when show them the proof they don’t understand so overcharged on transfers.

The wet weather! Couldn't be helped 😊

The pools and resort areas were kept very clean, the beach was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely the whole time. Lots of daily tours on offer and plenty of breakfast food available. Great entertainment on Wednesday nights with the Fiafia fire dancing crew, we had lots of fun getting up to dance!
The tap/shower water in rooms wasnt great for first couple of days and then switched off completely but when we spoke to staff they said there was a burst pipe and it was fixed very quickly after that.
Also we thought the pool should be open later than 6pm and were a bit disappointed the main restaurant and cafe wasnt open the whole time but we were in off-peak season so not enough people staying st the time which is understandable.
Prices seemed a little high for what we got for rooms/tours etc but we didnt know what to expect so next time will do more research first.

Loved the location and the room. We were upgraded to a beach suite so was lovely
I felt pressured all the time to spend money at the resort on drinks, food and tours.
