everything was perfect

Great location and price. We stayed for three nights and had a great time in a less busy town (compared to Tamarindo). Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was a great place to end the day and cool off before bed. They made amazing Pina Coladas!!

The rooms are not as nice as the photos, but clean and comfortable. We wish there were more hooks for towels and swimsuits to dry. We had one day without water, from morning until around 9 pm. This was not the hotels fault but for sure made a very hot day a little less comfortable since we couldn’t shower or clean up between pool, beach and restaurants. Good thing we had the pool to cool off and patient staff.

Loved the pool, restaurant and amazing staff! Location was also great -walking distance to so many restaurants and two beaches. Short drive to many other diversions. The 24/7 coffee was fabulous

Loved everything

A quant, well-appointed little hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The included breakfast was terrific.

The location was good, but not great. About a 20 minute walk to Playa Conchal some of which was along a fairly busy road.

I loved the quaintness, very charming, peaceful, lots of iquanas to see. Delicious breakfast with 3 options. Rooms are spotless and they clean every day. Jennifer the receptionist is so helpful and will arrange transportation to your next destination. Location is great as you can walk to Playa Conchal and Playa Brasilito but be careful walking on side of highway.

It is a little oasis off a busy road. Beautiful grounds, comfy beds, great food and amazing staff. We had a difficult situation arise and the staff went above and beyond to help us. We were so sad to leave.

It is a little older and quaint-but we loved that.

The staff was great. They make feel like home.

The little refrigerator at the room was very noisy as it was already old.. It would be nice if they renewed a little bit the place.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and the gardens were very attractive. I enjoyed seeing the unusual birds, the inguanas in the trees and even a coati that tried to climb up onto the balcony.

Not the hotel's fault, but the walk to the center town and the beach, although only about 10-minute walk, was a little dangerous due to no or very few sidewalks so in places you have to walk beside the road. All the locals seemed to walk in the road though, and didn't appear to be in any danger. The other problem encountered was the tiny biting sugar ants that invaded my room and even got in the bed.

the staff was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly eager and able to help manage any issues with travel or tours. Excellent recommendations from them. They went above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone.

Very clean place, very polite and well trained staff. You are always greeted with a wide smile. One of the best hotel experience I've ever had. Exceptional service especially considered the price.

Everything was fantastic, from the staff to the food to the decor and facilities, even the wild animals that hang out there! It was more than expected and I would definitely only stay there again whenever in the area!

Flawless all-around. Everything was really great: venue, room, restaurant, food, service. A really cozy hotel close to wonderful beaches and a nice little pool for the end of the day. Breakfast and dinner was top-notch!

Staff cannot still master time of the rain, this needs improvement!
