the location is fantastic. Just in front the beach and close to the downtown

The internet connection was poor and difficult to access. Also it was noisy during the night because we could hear the swimming pool drain system the whole night. It will be highly appreciated if the staff would be able to speak other language than just Portuguese, specially for foreign visitors.

Location, breaksfast, room with sea view and how friendly and helpful the staff is, especially Net and Erika. Hope I'll come back someday soon

The location is just awesome

Excellent location, the staff was very polite and kind, good breakfast, with many options.

The room was a bit small, other than that, everything was great.

Bed was extremely confortable and very good breakfast included.

The bathroom was kind of basic. Premium room is not worth the extra money, regular room is a much better deal (much cheaper and almost the same)

The location, the breakfast, the pool, the staff were all excellent.

The room was comfortable, quiet even though near a busy street. We were in Building 2, not the main one, across the street but it was very close. Just there was a slight sewage smell from the bathroom in certain moments. Not continuously

Amazing location, 5min walk from the port; direct access to first beach. Friendly and efficient staff (reception, kitchen, housekeeping). Very clean and beautiful hotel. Great breakfast buffet, lots of options and different every day. Splendid pool overlooking the ocean + bar next to it. Lots of small attentions that make all the difference: the towels made as swans, the flowers, the welcome cocktail, the bracelet that gives you goodies at certain restaurants and bars. Wonderful stay in a paradise island. Would definitely come back!

Loved the B & B location in First beach. Excellent ocean views from room and from facility. Quiet area, good breakfast, and excellent attentive staff.

Some rooms were overly scented, in the hallways. They moved us to the second floor and the issue was resolved immediately.

I liked the firmness of the bed.

I got the best room they had. It was in a completely different building than the main hotel. So, this room was beach facing, but not beach front. The room itself was very weirdly constructed. The shower is literally inside of the bedroom. The shower door does not properly close fully with the top and bottom edges of the door. Small factor but connects to a larger theme of the apartment being oddly constructed. No windows, nor ventilation in the "bathroom" which was really just a smaller room with a toilet in it. Washing basin was in the bedroom as well.

Worst bed I have ever had! My back and neck felt like if i were beaten every night. Book your massage back home in advance you will need it as soon as you leave this place. Also try to always drink your water after you boil them, i think they use tap water…. So be extremely careful . Also there’s no place to arrange your stuff
