The chalés were spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rai made all of us feel 100% welcomed. The pool was also great!

The property has way too many stairs. It wasn't exactly a problem for me, but it is important to take note on that, specially if you are traveling with elderly people.

Organised, pretty little chalets, quiet but close to town

The first 24hrs there was no power to the island, so no air con, no lights, no internet, whilst this was the fault of the electricity company, the hotel offered nothing in terms of compensation. Hotels in places that has seemingly regular power outages should most definitely have generators, our first day of two nights was ruined, we couldn’t even leave the hotel! Instead sat by candlelight in a baking hot chalet, the management were not around on check out to complain! Nothing was offered all but a few skinny candles. A small compensation would have been appropriate in this situation and in turn it’s up to the hotel to complain to the electricity company. If you think of staying here keep in mind the hotel has regular power outages so check your hotel has back up generators.
