Reception area filthy - staff rude and arrogant and room dirty - bathroom filthy fridge had mould. Advertised as 4 star accommodation however that needs to be reviewed. Did not stay 2nd night found much better accommodation clean fresh staff who were very pleasant.

Part of my stay was on a weekend so there was no breakfast served in the restaurant however, the staff met my request for a continental tray breakfast to my room as I had an early start on both Saturday and Sunday. On Monday I was able to have breakfast in the restaurant. I had an excellent dinner on the nights I stayed there. Staff were very courteous. Under cover car parking is a big plus. Well maintained gardens also appreciated.

I understand some rooms at this property have been refurbished but my room was not one of them. It is a well-presented motel building but the unrefurbished rooms are starting to get a little tired and the design flaw of placing the wash basin outside the bathroom is rather annoying. These rooms are no longer good value for money. The airconditioning unit in the dining room was very noisy for both patrons and staff and there was little point in playing background music while the unit was operating. It destroys the ambience of what is otherwise a well-presented restaurant. It is an old-style unit and needs replacing with modern split system units.

The staff when I arrived was a little short and rude, the spa bath when we turned on the jets had dead bugs come out of the jets and there was a little mould in the bathroom, spa/ shower

Very run down room and therefore over priced. Property was not cleaned properly with clump of hair found in shower.

The layout, not only of the room, but the room in location to the pool to reception and the restaurant. It was very clean and extremely comfortable.

The dinner menu was hard to get our heads around. Options are great but very confusing after a 12 hour drive. Some streamlining of the menu would be great. The food was amazing.

We have stayed here on two previous trips. This time we found the menu in the restaurant not as good as previously . The prawn risotto = the prawns were cooked just right but the risotto was too oily and lacked texture.
