We had a late arrival, but the staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The complimentary items in the room was the nicest ive ever come across. We ordered room service and the food was amazing, my daughter said the steak sandwich was the best shes ever had. We will definately choose the mayfair for all future overnight trips!

Staff were great!

Alot of bugs in the room and coming under the door constantly. Air con was loud and a few TV channel’s didn’t work. Could do with a revamp.

Great location quiet and comfortable

Staff were super helpful, location is so handy to the airport , the tavern next door has a great playground and did great meals.

Location is good, out of town was convenient to us, may not be good for some people. It is close to airport though. Undercover parking. Tavern next door for good evening food. No food shops nearby for breakfast or real coffee.

Rooms are bit dated, could do with some modernisation. TV when switched off by remote has a bright blue light shining at night. Needed to switch TV off at the wall to kill the bright light. Booking was made and paid through booking.com (four weeks before stay), however, motel charged us $600 for the stay after we left. There was no conversation about this charge when we checked out or after we left the motel. The use of our credit card was accidentally discovered on our statement. Money took a week to refund by motel. Friends were also double charged for meals. Good idea to check credit card accounts after staying at this motel.
