The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The room had a gorgeous view with a lovely patio. The bathroom was like something I've never seen before and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever!

No negative comments - all was good.

The windows of the room overlooking the sea also overlook a busy and noisy highway. Breakfast is very expensive but the choice and quality is like in a 3 star hotel. The tables in the restaurant are worn and without a tablecloth. Cutlery needs to be replaced. The bathrobe in the room was worn to holes.

Excellent food- interesting, perfectly executed. The room was spacious and well stocked. Luxurious European feel to the hotel. Spa was fantastic and the staff all around were really nice.

I would expect black out curtains in the room but they were just regular thick curtains and the hallways were very hot.

Staff very polite, attentive, and helpful. Hotel comfortable, beautiful, and luxuriously appointed.

It is our third stay here and this time for some reason we received a much smaller room than usual in the south tower on a lower floor (for the same price) which is right in the middle of the promenade, so we could hear music and nightlife all night. We did not sleep very well unfortunately and also there were some old glasses and a used bottle on the nightstand. The shower stall did not seal well and was leaking all over he bathroom every time we showered. But other than that we had a nice time and usually we are very happy here.

True 5 star hotel. Large room with beautiful view. Excellent staff and breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the lady at the spa and my husband didn’t get the treatment i booked for him ( as a surprise) online. At the end they charged us for it. Not cool at all
