ממתינים כבר מיום שבת שיחזור אלינו מנהל שישוחח איתנו
הזמנו 4 חדרים מיתוכם 3 חדרים ללא מזגן
חדרים חמים מאוד בשיא העונה
בגלל שאין מקום והתפוסה מלאה לאחר הבטחה שיעבירו אותנו לא קיבלנו חדר חלופי הפקידת קבלה אמרה שאנחנו יכולים לקחת את הכסף וללכת הביתה ( הגענו מהצפון וזה נאמר מימנה בלילה )

The staff were amazing. Friendly, very happy, and did anything to help us if needed. Noy at the front desk, Andreas at the pool, the breakfast staff, and management team were exceptional. Rooftop pool and bar were a very pleasant surprise, especially when Channel 5 were there reporting on the Euro Football up there and we were offered free beer and pizzas if we came to watch on the pool the big screen. Comfy beds, good breakfast.
Shame no room service, but not the end of the world.

חדרים טובים מלון סך הכל יפה. אבל חווית השהייה שלנו שם לא הייתה טובה
הגענו בחג שבועות לנסות ולהתנתק מהרעש וההמולה בחגים רצינו שקט ואיכות! חשבנו שאנחנו מגיעים למלון זוגות שקט ובמקום זה קיבלנו קאנטרי קלאב מפוצץ בילדים ומפונים רעש וליכלוך אטומי נורא ואיום. החוויה הגרועה ביותר שחווינו אפילו שסידרו לנו להישאר עד השעה 15:00 בצהריים לצק אאוט מאוחר יצאנו בשעה 10:30 כבר מהמלון. המלון בפני עצמו מצויין אבל החוויה שם הייתה נורא מאכזבת אחרי ביקורות טובות ששמענו.

נקי ומסודר. שקט ונעים שממוקם במרכז איזור התעשייה של העיר.

עיצוב יפה בחדרים ובשטחים הציבוריים, אהבתי במיוחד את התאורה במקלחת. מיטות נוחות. ישנו חלל עבודה משותף. גג מגניב מאוד עם בריכה. אנשי צוות מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים (ברמנים /ניקיון וכו'). ממוקם ליד המון מסעדות ומקומות בילוי בכניסה להרצליה פיתוח.

L emplacement central.la dimension de la chambre,les materiaux utilises le bois du parquet,les placards spacieux ,de vrais cintresqui se décrochent,la douche spacieuse.
Par contre pas de savon individuel sur le lavabo,le miroir avec loupe trop haut place pour une femme de 1m60 et tres difficile à manipuler en outre etant myope c le seul miroir possible pour se maquiller ou poser des lentilles.le grand miroir de la chambre est bronze et on se voit mal de pres,la douche italienne en ceramik est tres glissante et dangereuse.

Exceptional breakfast with many tasty israeli options for everyone, very good coffee included. Nice room with comfortable bed, tea & coffee set, television and bluetooth speaker. Amazing rooftop pool & bar.
The pool was closed after 6 pm. There was some cockroach in the bathroom.

the amenities are excellent, the gym is really nice it has a very unique design and has all the basic necessities
the pool is also pretty and has a rooftop bar with good food and drinks

the area is good too not far from the beach and has nice restaurants around
the noise the hotel is on the Main Street and there’s a club across the street and this is my second time in this hotel on a weekend it’s really noisy
they should soundproof the rooms

The rooftop pool is only open until 6pm. Very disappointing. No possibility to enjoy the wonderful rooftop after a long day working.

I had nothing to write here because the hotel was perfect BUT then when I was checking out, I got my extras bill for the hotel bar. A total absolute rip off. more expensive than any bar I’ve been to (including London and New York). it’s my fault; I should have checked - but a really basic G&T single shot is €16. madness
