Great location and close to airport. 6 min stroll to bush inn shopping centre. Nice and quiet at night. Room was big and heat pump was great to warm up room. Overall better than we were expecting.

No kitchen sink in the kitchenette. Apart from microwave there were no cooking facilities. Middle of winter and there were no spare blankets.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff that communicated well. Dog friendly.

There was an overwhelming smell of paint and many of the window latches were broken. Front of premises were clean and tidy, but there was rubbish, including old broken suitcases, at back of rooms.

we’re advised on arrival that we were transferred to another motel due to a maintenance issue. Surely we could have been advised before arrival.

Windows that didn't close due to missing latch at road side of room, had to change bedroom saturday night due to road noise. Soap dispensers in shower were empty on arrival, was other single soap packets to cover though.

Didn't actually end up stay there as there was a problem with the room but they set up a new place for us to stay which was just around the corner. The only thing was the communication wasn't great as we got to the motel and hadn't been notified that the change had occurred. And was a little concerned as everything was locked and there wasn't really a number on the doorof the office to call.

unfortunately due to people who checked out before we checked in had damaged the bathroom so we weren’t able to stay her specifically. however, we were swiftly offered another place at same costs and it was superb. great customer service and lovely rooms

Room was spotless we were relocated to sister motel due to onsite issue, communication was excellent, staff were so polite and helpful nothing too much trouble

There is nothing to dislike

Thank you for the excellent service. The host at the motel I had booked upgraded me to a room at the Bush Inn Motel due to unforseen circumstances at their motel. The welcome was warm and welcoming.

It was uncomfortable to have the smoking area located directly outside the room I was booked into.
