Very, very clean. All the basics are modern. This is budget accommodation, so don't expect super luxury. 3 bedrooms, with a toilet / shower, small living room with sofa, TV and table and chairs. Kitchen with cutlery and crockery. Fridge / freezer. microwave, toaster all spotlessly clean. I would certainly stay here again.

I think the views were described as "City view" and "Garden view", which is a bit misleading - the front looks onto the house on the other side of the street. The front garden is paved with weeds, and the back is longish grass. However these are minor points.

The place was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. It had all the facilities you could want. Great value. Perfect for what I needed.

The parking wasn't ideal. I just parked my bike in the garden under the kitchen window and bought a couple of locks in ASDA.

Getting to property was easy. It had every facility needed. Clean and tidy

There was no breakfast, no entertainment, no seating room. We arrive late in the evening and there were no clear signs to the place i.e a porch light, no sign stating it was a B&B

The room was spotless good sized shower and it was clean

There was a bed bug in one of the rooms. Communication was not great until I presed the mater. I got bitten big time, twice. The owner arrived next day and said she will spray it with something. I thought she was joking, explained a bit about those bugs.. I was offered another room.

The rest of my stay was all right. Facilities simple, house clean.
