Safe location

Fast, friendly and helpfull staff.

Option for Diner and/or breakfast would be lovely with my stay..

I loved how friendly the staff were,trying to help where they can,and being a special needs mom they accommodated us in every way

The rooms were big enough and very clean. The bed was so comfortable as I travelled from Durban I slept well. Security was on point.

I did not like the way the Receptionist was harassing us to check out even though I had requested to check out at 12Hoo since my flight was at 18h00 to Durban, her attitude was bad towards us as if we refused to check out, She had no experience on customer Services.

I had expected breakfast but was told that it was not part of the accommodation. I could not watch TV because it was not connected to the power because there was no adapter. What shocked me the most was the cold water that I had to use for bathing because there was no hot water. And their explanation? They were fully booked!!!!

It is a beautiful place which is strategically located in the heart of Pretoria. It's proximity to Loftus Park and so many other amenities makes it a great choice. My family and I had a pleasant time at Henry George guest house.

The room was specious and so so clean
