the property was lovely, bright and airy and well equiped with all we needed for cooking and enjoying the space. Bedroom was large with a king size bed and ensuite. The living area was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting inside and watching the rain outside and enjoying views of the river. Would definitely book again.

Beautifully appointed. Comfortable. The little added touches of bathrobes and slippers. Laundry really helpful. The space! Tea milk butter oil and condiments. Lovely crockery. Well equipped. Light and airy. Great views.

The location was great. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and perfectly appointed. All facilities that could be required were provided. Andrea, the host, checked in with us following our arrival to check that we were settled and happy, and provided some helpful suggestions for restaurants and cafes in the area, which was helpful.

Very comfortable accommodation with more than we could have asked for in an apartment. The location was fantastic as everything was within walking distance.

This property was amazing location to all amenities and the views from the balcony. The warm outdoor spa was a winner!
The presentation of the accommodation was a beach theme that was gorgeous. all linen and facilities were of a high standard.
Augusta bakery walking distance was brilliant.

Cleanliness and facilities in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom
We booked the ground floor to avoid any steps, but as the property is built on a slope, there are 16 steps from the uncovered allocated parking bay on the first floor, down to the front door across an uneven courtyard, not ideal for us over 70s carrying our luggage. Nothing in the description advising of the steps. Bedroom has no furniture other than the bed, could do with a couple of chairs or draws, somewhere to put your clothes other than the wardrobe or your suitcase.

WI-Fi did not work
I wasn’t happy about the $400 bond which was not revealed upfront when the booking was made. It is only after your credit card details are given that you find out that a bond is required. I don’t mind paying a bond, but it must be detailed upfront.
The tenant above us had heavy footsteps and that was quite annoying when they walked…

I liked how clean and tidy the place was and how it had some things in the fridge and pantry for us to have. It had all the utensils and stuff we needed. I liked how it had a BBQ as we did use it a few times.
Umm the only thing was the bed was slightly hard but other then that everything was pretty good.

Lovely new facilities. Chocolates in the fridge and well stocked pantry was a nice added extra. Walking distance to town. Spa was a very nice luxury.

Property management quite message intrusive with ongoing repetitive message reminders of cleaning requirements and risk of deposit deductions for non compliance. Made for a non relaxing atmosphere during our stay
Also surprising to have a substantial damage deposit taken on initial payment which we have found to be quite unusual in our experience. Notably not returned to our account after several days from departure

Lovely Apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable big bed, lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen. Free Wifi, close enough to walk to Bakery and Town. Lovely outdoor spa area and two balconies to choose from.
Would like to have been able to watch Netflix but that’s about it. Augusta is a very quiet place, not much on for entertainment in the evenings after the beautiful sunsets.
