l'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. 2 salles de bain c'est super pratique pour 6 personnes. Les infos du propriétaire sont très appréciables pour rentrer dans l'appartement. présence de lave vaisselle et de lave linge. WIFI !! l

1) l'appartement est assez bruyant la nuit coté rue. 2) il faudrait revoir la robinetterie. Dans la cuisine un petit filet d'eau et dans les salle de bain les robinets fuient. 3)Un point important : Il faudrait faire un effort sur le ménage !!

The flat was spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished with some personality. The public areas of the building were clean and felt safe. The instructions for access, and all communications with the managers were clear and prompt. Very convenient location for the Colosseum, and close to bus stops and a metro station. Although it felt expensive to me, it was in line with or better than other options for our group of 4 people.

The location, while convenient, was not the most characterful. No complaints about the flat itself.

I wish I could leave 100 or stay there forever:) Apartment is fantastic - large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with a bath and the other with a shower, which is perfect for a big company. The living room was so nice that I decided to sleep there;) It looks almost the same as the Gryffindor's room from the Harry Potter movie, but without a fireplace. The location is just perfect - 5min to Colosseo. Flavio was always in touch. Would definitely stay there again!

Actually didn’t like to have to throw the garage out but it wasn’t a deal breaker

The location is very convenient. Host Flavio is very friendly and helpful, he waited us at night to give us the key. Apartment is suitable for the family, has 2 bedrooms and sofas in the living room. There is coffee and tea left by the host.

To not charge additionally for the late check-in it is very convenient to make self check-in and ask to leave city tax on the table. One of the toilets doesn't work properly. It was very cold on the first day of arrival, then Flavio fixed the heating and brought us additional blankets.

the apartment was super clean and well maintained, and the location is relatively good. Flavio was a super host, friendly and helpful, gave us great tips on places and how to get around and was answering our questions on WhatsApp during the entire trip
