Staff was very welcoming and friendly, shout out to Lucky who was a pleasure to talk to any time we needed any help or info. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice having a fridge and kitchen available. Washroom was also clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. Nice view of the street from the balcony and the staff are very knowledgeable if you're looking for ideas around attractions or restaurants. There was also a coin laundry/dryer in the basement which was very handy. Getting a taxi can be tricky since there's no Uber in the city, the staff was able to help us with that as well for an early flight!

Location, location and location. The apartment is centrally located, near Spanish steps and not so far from other Roma attraction. Very good air conditioning which saved us from Roman heat in noon.

There is nothing in particular that we didn't like. But something was missing to say wow. May be a bit small bathroom Or room divided in 2 flows?

The location of the apartment was excellent. The staff at the facility couldn’t have been more helpful.

The apartment is not suitable for 3 people. The kitchen with a pull across door that wouldn’t stay open made the kitchen almost non fuctioning. The bathroom shower was hard to negotiate without flooding the floor. However the worst thing was a glass table which was so dangerous. Leaning on it or touching it made it tip. At one stage landing on my sons shin. Should there be a toddler the consequences of the glass landing on them could be severe indeed

Staff was exceptional. Particularly Lucky. Due to a booking issue, Booking.com helped us arrange this as a last minute, walk-in reservation. Lucky was so welcoming, and turned a bad morning into a great day.

The location and apartment were perfect. The apartment was in excellent order with everything we needed for a week stay. Highly recommend and the team that work there both Carlos and Lucky are amazing.

The apartment was well equipped, and spotless. Carlos, and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpfui. The cleaning staff did a marvelous job; and wine was available when ever requested .

Our last couple of nights, we had a family above us with a very active child, that loved to run around. It was noisy in our room below, so we asked Carlos to remedy the situation; he did, and all was peaceful again.

Staff was excellent.. accommodating and followed up with my questions once they had an answer for me. Even brought me a sparkling wine for my birthday on their own. Location excellent. On a fancy street. Very close to major attractions. Heated floors in the bathroom !!!

Very clean, well kept establishment. Complete amenities. Amazing service provided by the staff on duty. Especially Lucky, who attended to my every requests. A very accommodating team! Will definitely stay here again.
