Only issue was the lady we paid over charged us as I feel she thought we didn’t understand the currency of jmd however we live in Montego Bay so are very up to date with how it works . When she returned our money after I raised this with the owner she was very very rude . I’d advised the owner to take serious note of this for future guests as if your not up to date with rates , she may be trying to give herself a tip . We are all for tips but don’t take unless offered . We then seen her around the hotel the day after and she continued to ignore us . Other than that the owner dealt with me over paying promptly . I advise to get a recipt the second you hand the money over and not have to chase for it . Don’t pay until you’ve seen the recipt .

Shower was too small. We are not fat people, very uncomfortable especially for my husband

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t help me book anything or with any information.

Restaurant was ok. Not gonna give a good rating because 2nd night served us old hard tough chicken and pot bottom rice and peas. They think because we are from foreign we don't know anything.

House keeper. Some needs to learn how to talk to ppl. It's not our fault they can't get to travel!! Lol.....

I didn't like there wasn't enough towels, we had to use the same towel for bath and beach. Also no broom or map so you could even sweep out the room. I think some places could tale some paint

the up-keeping and Motorisation. very outdated poorly decorated very small bathroom needs a lot of work doing. payment needs to be much more clear as no payment was taking so had to use the ATM as they only accept cash. very frustrating as the daily limit was $100 so was charged twice to be converted

Ackee and salt fish with fried dumplings was delicious. The wait staff at restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

I wish the beach wasn’t gated and locked

Apartment lovely just wasn’t happy being charged extra by the housekeeper on top of the booked room rate.
