Very basic hotel. Room was clean and bathroom had a great shower. Aircon was great! Fridge was a plus too.

Tv in our room didn’t work.

We really loved our stay at tropical paradise. The location was excellent, close to everything but also tucked away from the noise. The rooms were spacious and clean! There’s also a big pool area with a bar which is great for chilling when it becomes too hot! The staff were friendly too!

The cocktails from the bar in the pool were very nice. The staff was very attentive and helpful with all questions.

They should change the showerheads. In our room the water was going everywhere besides where it should have. The entire bathroom including toilet paper and towels have been soaked after every shower.

The location was great and friendly staff.

little bit out of the way, depending what you’re looking for, no mirrors outside of the bathroom in the room and the wifi was Not good. my credit card also had 2 charges on it - so make sure to check your statements.

Lovely Hotel. our room was big with 2 double beds. The room was cleaned every day. Great quiet air con. Good sized fridge. Hot water. A balcony. The pool was Lovely and all the staff were great. The was good too.

Cool location with its own dock and pool!

I didn’t have one good night sleep because it was so loud. Either loud guests, early morning hammering, palms banging on the roof, or mating animals. I was woken up multiple times every night.

It was on the beach and very inexpensive. The staff was very nice and the pool was clean.

The rooms were a bit dated.

Location is beautiful oceanfront with swim up bar pool overlooking the waters we came here for.

The safe in the room did not work even after changing the batteries.

Each room is its own little cabana with a nice bathroom. The air conditioner and fan kept the rooms very comfortable. We could see the ocean from the covered entryway. Each room had a chair on the covered entryway which was nice to sit on and enjoy the view and breeze and read or just chill. The hotel gave us 2 rooms located right next to each as we requested. The hotel is located at the far south end of Front street which means you have to walk to everything. It was about a 20 min walk to get the the north end and The Split. This meant the area around the hotel is pretty quiet which can be blessing or a curse depending on your view. It did mean that after a long, tiring day of snorkeling that we didn't feel like walking to the main area for dinner. However, the restaurant at the hotel is really pretty good so we didn't mind eating in. The staff, especially at the bar and restaurant, were friendly and helpful. They really made the stay at the Tropical Paradise pleasant. There are also a couple good restaurants and a market within a block or so of the hotel so you have everything you really need within a couple minute walk of the hotel.

Our rooms could have been brighter and more airy. There was a good sea breeze but the rooms didn't really benefit from it and we had to run the air conditioners (which worked very well). We would just have preferred to have a natural sea breeze in the rooms. It looked like a couple of the cabanas in the front row by the ocean got really nice breezes. The location of the hotel is pretty far south from the more populated, happening north end by the Split so you have to walk to everything.

The facilities are worthy, non expensive (for the island standards), counting with a beautiful swimming pool with the sea view and a pier. The staff friendly, helpful and understanding.

The rooms need a little touch and the beds are not so comfortable but it definitely worthy for the price.

The location is good. It's nice to be right near the beach with a dock there for my boat. For those who like a swimming pool, they have installed one.

Room service is daily. However, it only includes emptying the trash, refreshing towels, and sweeping the floors. I was there nearly 2 weeks and the sheets never got changed. The bathroom was never cleaned or sterilized. They really could do a better job by training their cleaning staff to truly clean the room at least every other day. There was construction going on directly behind my room, so I had to wake up at 7:00am nearly every day of my vacation whether I wanted to or not. I don't like to be up at 7:00am on vacation.

The room, the beds, lack of privacy, the toilet was broken, there was no blanket on the bed, no washcloths or extra towels, no bath mats! Felt like I was staying in a trap house. The photos on booking are not what we got when we checked in, they are cat fishing! The island was also one of the most ghetto places I've ever been and I've lived in the ghetto!
