Beautiful Modern Townhome!!! Stunning Mountain Views! Best Clubhouse!
Questo splendido nuovo condominio residenza è stata appena finito nel febbraio 2010. Dispone di 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni privati circostanti una camera fantastica grande, sala da pranzo, e grande cucina. 10 posti letto comodamente. 2 box auto. Per quelli di voi con i piccoli, abbiamo anche un lettino e Pack & Play (in aggiunta ai 10 posti letto regolari.) La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La sala grande circonda una splendida focolare di pietra e le finestre sovradimensionate offrono viste mozzafiato Buffalo Mountain e il White River National Forest. Il condominio dispone di riscaldamento a pavimento radiante per il massimo comfort e una lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Dispone di un camino a gas; garantire l'accesso a Internet senza fili; TV via cavo con lettore DVD; impianto stereo con collegamento iPod; e umidificatori. Nuova club house contiene tre vasche idromassaggio, una piscina riscaldata, una sauna, una palestra, tavolo da biliardo, ping pong, air hockey, giochi arcade, e squash.

We had a great stay! Worked perfect for skiing copper, A-Basin and Breckenridge. Single rooms & bathrooms are large. Bunk room and bathroom are smaller but work. Kitchen had everything we could need. Hosts were excellent!
We enjoyed the clubhouse, pool & hot tub. Bring lots of quarters for arcade games. Several were out of order at the time of our visit but still plenty to do. The clubhouse is a block or so walk or short drive. Parking instructions say to park in the garage or driveway-not in spots across the lot. We did as instructed and avoided issues but did see a vehicle next door that got booted so make sure you stay in the garage and driveway. This might be a challenge for 2 or more larger vehicles. Check with host-they’re very responsive!

Details and directions were easy to follow. It was comfortable was furnished with everything we needed to prepare our evening meals. The club house wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but will be better prepared next time.

Perfect 4 br, 4 ba home for 4 couples, close to skiing, town, and the freeway. The fireplace and in floor heaters were wonderful and having a two car garage was so convenient. We hope to return.

Gorgeous Views!
We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for the 8 of us. It was really nice to have so many bathrooms for getting ready. Easy drive to Breck too. Kitchen and rooms were well equipped with all we needed to cook and sleep. Really enjoyed the fireplace after a day on the slopes!

Great Place
Loved staying here. Worked amazing for me and my family. The bunk room worked great for the kids, and the rest were amazing for the adults. Would stay here again.

Fabulous ski vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property! A lovely home in a great location central to various ski resorts. Extremely clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Highly recommended- thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Awesome Stay
This was our first trip to Colorado. The property exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for all nine of us. All the comforts of home. The pictures don’t do it justice, we were very impressed. Great location too!!

Great Family Ski Trip
My family and I spent a month at this great place. Rode on the Epic and Ikon pass and had a blast. Great location to all the resorts. Will be back! Great owners to work with, prompt and courteous communications.

Wonderful home.
This is a beautiful property with great views. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and we could have easily had another family with us. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and there were plenty of spices, ect.
Did I mention the views? My husband and I spent quite a bit of time on the patio watching the sun set or sun rise over the mountains which was very enjoyable. I felt the pictures didn't do them justice, but pictures never really can grasp what you can see in real life.
We did have a hiccup, but the owners took care of it immediately and we were grateful. We can easily see ourselves staying here again. The home is beautiful.

Great views and amenities!
A wonderful place for our family of 5 adults. The views from the living room we're especially beautiful and the number of rooms and bed configurations were perfect for us. A little surprised there wasn't a deep skillet for prepping spaghetti, since the unit can hold 10+. And frustrated that there weren't curtains in all of the bedroom windows. Who wants to wake up with the sun when on vacation (with ski slopes just a few minutes away)?! The clubhouse was really nice, however it was disappointing that half of the video games weren't working (but took our quarters!) and the workout room had only a treadmill, small weight machine and some free weights available (most of the equipment was out of commission). The 3 hot tubs and dry sauna we're a big hit, redeemed the poor availability of the rest of the clubhouse amenities.

Outstanding ski vacation home
We had an amazing, deluxe stay! What a comfortable, well-supplied house. My cousin’s family of 5 (including grandpa) and my family of 5 had a terrific ski vacation here. The kitchen was well-stocked including staples and condiments, beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure. I really loved the extra luxury touches of radiant heat floors, gas fireplace and jacuzzi jets in the master tubs, as well as humidifiers in each room. We came home sore from skiing and felt enveloped in comfort. Lots of room for kids to play, and even some fisher price toys, matchbox cars, high chair, and toddler bed for the little guys. All 10 of us were able to sleep well without hearing one another. Remarkable home that we’d love to visit again. We stay at rental homes often and this is one of the most memorable excellent properties.

Family Christmas Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time! This townhouse was perfect. Plenty of room for three families and it has all the amenities of home. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for a family Christmas getaway. We would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in the Silverthorne area.

A wonderful home to spend a winter vacation!!!
We recently stayed at the Hemmer's from Dec 29, 2018 to Jan 06, 2019. It was an excellent stay. We felt at home. The home has all the amenities you could want. The home was super spacious for our group. The three levels were perfect. During the time we were not out skiing, snowmobiling, or tubing, the children enjoyed the treehouse. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone.

You cannot go wrong with Eric and Nicole’s home! 4 huge rooms all with their own baths including a Jetted tub. Kitchen stocked with spices and cooking essentials. We loved the humidifiers, such a welcome treat. Eric snd Nicole we’re both available quickly for questions. There was even a bonus toy trunk for a visiting nephew. Gorgeous views and close to everything including ski rentals, groceries, and Target! 2 car garage a huge treat! Will definitely book again!

Great place!
We would have said 4 due to the construction around the place, but couldn’t blame the owners for that! Open, bright and clean. Well-appointed with just about everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the pool. Recommend bringing folding chairs to use at the free concerts around the area. And extra towels for the pool!

Wonderful Townhome!
We all had a great time at this townhome! There was plenty of space and privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. All the essentials were clean and available. We had a 2 year with us and it was very kid friendly with toys, a toddler bed, and even a pack and play for babies! I'd recommend this home for a vacation to anyone looking for good location and accessability near Lake Dillion, quality, and room for many people.
I'd book here again in a heartbeat!

Cozy and warm mountain condo for the family
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hemmer’s Mountain Townhome. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and the layout was just great. Kids loved their own space on the first floor, complete with bunk beds and a full shower. (Parents appreciated the kids space as well). Washer and dryer was very helpful. The kithen was stocked with all the needed gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. Bedrooms were comfy, and each bedroom had their own full bath. You can’t beat waking up to a full view of the beautiful mountains. Overall it was just a great place and the communication with owners was a breeze. We would love to rent this again!

Beautiful home away from home at a great price!
We absolutely loved your home! It actually felt as though we were home, with so many wonderful amenities. The view of the mountains was fantastic from the large windows. The 'little' things made a big difference, such as humidifiers in every room, heated floors, heated garage, glove/boot dryers, more than enough towels for 10 people, and the kitchen stocked with more than just pots and pans... there were spices, oil, etc, things you forget about when you are at the store but are so thankful are already there when you start cooking. Even with 10 people, we never ran out hot water, and the set up with the bunkroom for the kids on the bottom floor was perfect for our 3 families. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot tub on the back porch... we definitely hope to stay there again on our next ski trip to Copper Mountain!

Incredible Stay; Great for Families!
Numerous times during our stay did we mention how we were going to rent this place again! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the small outside open space where the kids played in the snow for hours while we could keep an eye out for them outside the windows. The space and furnishing were beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for two families all weekend long. We loved how the bedrooms/baths offered everyone their own space. And, the owners were terrific and understanding when we left something behind and helped us take care of it. Thanks for an incredible weekend - we will be back!!

Wonderful Townhome
Situated on a mountain, this house has excellent views and just minutes from downtown Silverthorne and Frisco. Took us maybe 25 minutes to get to Copper mtn or Breckenridge ski area. One of the best parts this townhome was the amount of area for the kids to sled and play in the snow. Kept them occupied for hours. The heated floors throughout the home was amazing add well. With 4 beds and 4 baths, I would recommend this property to big families or large groups.

Great Property
Property was very nice. It was in a great location with very easy access to Breckenridge, Frisco, Vail. It had everything we needed in it, and the owner was very good to work with. We will stay here again in the future.

Great Kid Friendly Place
We hosted a mixture of family and friends here for four nights. The condo held us all (total of 10) comfortably and had everything we needed. Very kid friendly. We will definitely return.

This is the best VRBO rental I've ever had. Very nice townhouse exceptionally well suited to accomodate a large family. I would definitely stay here again.
