Good location

good but wifi cannot be connect

complete amenities, location surrounded by restaurants but since so many shop around there are closed, idk I felt like I was in a zombie area.

The staff especially FO are not as friendly as what other reviews said. Lack of emphaty. Upon check in I told FO I wanted to extend the check out for few hours and she said I can make request for extending check out time in the next day. Next day, I told them I want to extend my check out time but she told me we have to make check out before 12noon as somebody already booked our rooms. I said what?? My request to extend the check out which I am willing to pay more are denied. totally. without giving me any solution that could help me and my parents to extend our stay few hours before our flight in 6PM and they profusely said we have to check out before 12noon because that's the "rule" they say. I asked them to check if there is any room available only for us to stay 1-2 hours before our departure to airport and completely ignored!! gave us opinion to keep our luggge with them in reception and we can roam around the area until it's time for us to go airport and that's the least option that me and my parents want as we don't trust our belongings with strangers. upon check out didn't even say sorry for not being able to fulfill our request. their service completely not worth the money!

the space is very small, the iron is only one so I had to wait very wasting time, the mirror is not provided in the room just in the bathroom.The staff is less friendly. Please improve you facilities in the hotel.
