The location of the villa was good it is about 200m for busy areas but to get back there is a long hill but is only €5 In a taxi

The only bad thing about villa is there are quite a lot of ants inside and outside of the building

Nice location, close enough to beach, bars, shops and restaurants for us to walk to although we often did get a taxi back up the hill to the villa after an evening out! Wouldn’t be a problem for those that enjoy walking and are a little fitter than us! Villa was nice and clean and en-suite bathrooms spacious. Lovely little sun traps around the property and pool. Natalia that checked us in and out was lovely and very accommodating, contact with the Villa was excellent and any questions answered quickly.

The property was spacious and the pool was lovely

It wasn’t very clean. The dishwasher seal was hanging off, the pipe under the sink wasn’t attached so we had a leak until we pushed the pipe back in. In the second bedroom en-suite the walls were damp and flaking off near the bottom of the shower. The furniture both inside and outside needs replacing. We were robbed whilst here, someone came in through the French doors which I left open whilst inside the villa alone. Obviously not a nice experience and we were informed this has happened before so why they haven’t secured the access point (It’s not very secure to one side of the building)The security cameras only work when the alarm is on.

Loved everything about this property. Roberto the host was welcoming, informative and helpful. The Villa is beautiful and worth the money. The pictures look exactly the same as the one uploaded. I would come back again and stay longer.

Our stay at Villa 12 was brilliant, we had a great host (Roberto) who was on hand to support us whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend staying at Villa 12.

I loved this property. It has 3 toilets and 2 fabulous hot showers! We loved the warm pool, had great craic volleyballing and playing with inflatables. Roberto, our host was amazing! He was a gem, when there was a minor problem (BBQ ran out of gas) he had it sorted within the hour! A real gem!!! The location is pretty fab too! Few mins from beach, boardwalk, restaurants and supermarket!

Enrico the host of the villa couldn't do enough for u if u need anything hes always there on the end of a phone call I will definitely be booking this villa again he was amazing from start to finish

There is nothing not to like

Great location. The property is small but the outdoor area provides all the extra space you need. Enrico was excellent for everything we needed and had some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Enrico met us promptly at the villa to greet us and on day of departure and was very professional.

More towels (both bathroom and pool towels) and cutlery, there was just never enough.

Everything! This villa is lovely & we would love to revisit. Very comfortable & clean. Walking distance to shops & restaurants & Siam Park. Enrico was efficient; very helpful; friendly & punctual & was friendly & helpful with information etc. Thankyou!

Cockroaches but it is a hot country. We were careful not to leave food out!

Enrico was there waiting for us when we arrived - He explained the alarm system, the air conditioning - power controlled awnings - and the possibility of dreaded cockroaches. I had seen a few reviews mentioning those so it didn't come as a surprise but the inside of the house was spotlessly clean so it seems the correct steps were in place to minimise that. Enrico also sent me lots of recommendations via WhatsApp for beaches and trips out as well as restaurants with a variety of food types and price ranges.

The check out time of 9AM - Again, I was aware of this before I booked so it was no surprise complain too much, but it is utterly ridiculous and I can't see any need for it. I've never stayed anywhere with a check out time this early. I travel an awful lot to varying classes and styles of accommodation. It completely restricts the final night of your holiday. I thought about it several times before writing this but the property is simply not so big that it takes a whole day to clean it for the next occupant. We stayed at a villa in Santorini in September where the check in was from 1pm and the checkout at 11am and the owners were able to clean the house from top to bottom in that window of time.

Great property, really enjoyed our stay. Enrico was a great host, very likeable and always ready to help! 10/10!

What a wonderful week we had staying at the villa. It had everything we needed and more. The host was exceptional, he was there for our every need. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, we had everything we need and enrico was on hand if needed anything. The location was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for better.

We had a great stay at the villa. We were provided with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The manager was very helpful and friendly and to top it all, the pool was heated.

The villa was brilliant, and enrico was very helpful, any problems that we did have (at no fault of enrico) it was fixed instantly without any hesitation.

Nothing to complain about, but if I had to say something I’d say more and comfier pillows in the bedrooms
