Close to the crossing to the beach, breakfast was excellent every morning. Beds were very comfortable. Great WiFi free. The swimming pool area was very nice for country folk.
We decided to leave early. They said they would reimburse me for one day. Instead they charged my bank account another day. I didn't see it till I got back home and checked my account. This is very unprofessional. Some have not got an extra 450 dollars. Most are on a budget trip. They owe me 900 dollars. Said it would take 3-5 days to get it back. I have gone on vacation with a set amount to spend in the past. Luckily I had the extra money In My account this time. Can't tell you how pissed I am over this... Talked to them repeatedly, so we will see if they make it right.

My only complaint is it was really hot outside and would have been nicer had our air been a bit colder. Little hot in the room and sleeping.

Breakfast was very good with many choices.
Person handling breakfast on mornings we were there was not friendly. She didn’t smile or greet and talk to anyone and she never offered assistance.

The toilet was kind of stopped up. The housekeeper brought a plunger and left. I tried to plunge it but it didn’t help. Whenever I would flush it would back up and eventually go down but would never flush all the way.

It was good. Good set up, nice seating.
Maybe keep breakfast open until 10 am. When you’re traveling all day it’s tough getting down there before 9, unless you’re working.

They were paving their parking lot the next morning and called for vehicle owners to move to another location, thus ruining sleeping in.

I loved everything but the bed size. The property was super clean had a ton of parking in the side and back
Queen beds ! I went with my mom and 2 kids and it was super uncomfortable to share a queen bed. The room is hugh give us 2 kings and they where high off the ground gave my mom trouble getting on. There no reason to have 2 queen beds .we did not sleep very good because of it

We loved how kind the staff all were and how safe the hotel felt for our little one. The breakfast was very good and the lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was very cozy and had very pretty view. We very much appreciated the housekeepers coming and swapping out our towels for fresh ones!
The only complaint my husband and I had was that the tvs were slightly outdated, but overall, we appreciated the kid friendly channels
for the little ones. Also, at no fault of the hotel itself, there was construction work being done directly across the street, which was a tad distracting from the otherwise beautiful view.

Parking, location, friendly staff.
Breakfast was good, but it was the same menu every day.
Lighting and cleanliness of room. We asked for fresh towels and our room swept the third day of our stay. The room was not swept but staff came back. Pool was closed for a day due to algae.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. It was enough room for our large family of 6.We had 2 queen beds felt like kings and a sofa bed. Kids said sofa bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious. Right in front of beach. Nice balcony.
My husband said manager was very rude.
We had trouble getting the amount of towels we needed for two nights even though we paid for 6 six to be in our room. The bathroom was small to my liking and couldve been better. No sink to wash hands besides bathroom. So many different taxes/fees included with stay. THE WIFI TOTALLY SUCKS ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE

Hotel had water pressure
The pool it was dirty you had no umbrella’s to keep cool. The shower at the pool head didn’t work I had wrenches on it to make it one turn on.

Room was clean. Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were clean and maintained. Parking lot was well lit.
Was unable to make my own brand of coffee. Coffee maker in room is not compatible to K-cup pods. Coffee that the hotel provides is comparable to dirty sock water.

Love the location, was right across the street from the beach, and in a central location close to everything. The breakfast was great, good options with everything and the beds were so comfortable and cozy
Room had a slight odor but not horrible to the point where it was uncomfortable
