Nice location, wood floors and the room comes with balconies.

Its a nice and new hotel but, it wasn't clean. our room floor was dirty, its hardwood floors which is great I do not like carpet in hotel rooms. The bathroom floor was not moped you could see the trash in the corners in the bathroom and the room. When we arrived our tv wasn't working the maintenance guy try to fix it, taking him over 30 min then he decided to replace the tv we left the room for dinner when re returned the tv was working. After asking housekeeping to clean our room the second day, they did a better job. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice pool area. the hot tub was not working properly. I brought it to the staff attention and she said that she would have someone clean it, you could see the dirt floating on top of the bubbles in the hot tub, I could not bring myself to use it after seeing that for two days straight. One of the reason I chose that hotel because of the hot tub and was so disappointed that I could not use it.

Every staff member I talked to was so helpful! Two queen bed and sofa pull out were very comfortable.

Bathroom and shower doors seemed a little see-through and I didn’t feel I had much privacy.

I loved the view from the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that the last night we had someone right beside us and it sounded like that were in the room with us. The breakfast is not fit for children. The cereal was only cheerios, frosted flakes, or mini frosted wheats. The main breakfast the first morning was like mini egg quiche, now second morning was some eggs and sausage and biscuits that was better. The bagels were stale and served with no cream cheese or anything. I just think yall need to add things that a kid would be more of eating.

I really liked having a suite, not just a hotel room.

Breakfast was very tasty, employees were friendly, our room was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was starting a renovation when we arrived.

Proximity to conference I attended. Front desk staff was very nice. Actually EVERY staff member I came in contact with smiled and spoke to me.
