Its a separate house in a villa with pool and great view. 10 min from thw city. Amazing place.

The location is lovely, high up on a hill with beautiful views. Peaceful and private sitting outside in the evening watching the wonderful sunsets. The accommodation was comfortable, with air conditioning and good wi-Fi. Plenty hot water. Great pool...not heated but fine for 2 ladies from Scotland who needed to cool off in the very unaccustomed heat 🥵 Phillips and Francoise were the kindest, most welcoming couple with lots of information on what to see and do. Even taking us in their own car a few times as we had no transport. Amazing! And great fun sharing the aqua exercise in the pool!

Lack of transport was our only issue here, but we should have looked into this ourselves before booking. Taxis easily available from the centre to return to the accommodation, but unable to book one at a specific time to take you there. ‘We’ll be there’ when we’ll be there attitude!

This property is probably the best we have ever stayed in, its amazing!! The host Phillipe is a lovely kind and helpful man, who let us have full access to all you see on our pictures, the ones on booking.com don't do it justice. The views on a day and at sunset are incredible. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor is small and has a low ceiling, but its no problem at all. The room has all you need for self catering There is no kettle or oven, but you do have an electric stove, microwave and coffee machine along with all other necessities The property itself is set high up in Aix 2.4km from the centre, which is walkable via a rocky path for the first 200m A taxi from the centre costs 15 Euro The centre itself has a great nightlife with hundreds of restaurants and bars You 100% need a car to get the full benefit out of the area and to see things. Yes the pool is quite cold, but i dont see how thats any issue as people have said before, as its an open air pool so what would they expect. Overall this property is simply WOW and the price you pay is so cheap for what you get. If we ever come to Aix again, we would return without hesitation. For anybody who looks at the place, then dont just look but book it, you will be so happy you did!!

Having to go home

We loved our stay here! Our host was amazing, he gave us lots of great recommendations. The views from the acommodation is incredible, and is only a short drive to aix en provence. It was clean, spacious, and has all the facilities you need for a short stay. An added bonus is their very friendly and calm dog Ocean who always welcomed us home! 10/10

The hosts were superb and the rooms very comfortable and spacious and there were lovely walks available. the propetry was a little remote but we got used to that and ultimately enjoyed it.
