Book the place last minute, since almost rooms at any hotel were fully book but the place exceeded our expectation. The room had most of the things we need... Water pressure is also good and has fast internet connection. The room is squeaky clean, peaceful, and walking distance to Mirador Hill/Groto.

The place has a private parking space but you have to enter at specific angle as to not hit the ramp especially if you're driving low clearance car like us.

Location a bit far and not convenient

The owner of the place is very accommodating. The room is very clean and comfortable. The size of the room is just right for its price. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who plan to visit Baguio.

Lyn and Peter are very nice people. They are very accommodating and approachable, even Chimo their cute dog. 😍 The place is quiet, very safe (equipped with CCTV) and accessible to all. Beside the house there's a spa with experienced therapist we enjoyed the massage. I highly recommend this place to those who will visit Baguio. Thanks Peter and Lyn.
