Comfortable room and a great onsen—we really enjoyed our time there.

Breakfast options are a bit limited and could use more variety. It would be great to have more dining outlets and a gym among the hotel facilities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good. Breakfast was OK.

The only negative comment is the furniture in the Ki Dining Room is looking very dated and scuffed.

スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしく、気持ちよくチェックイン・チェックアウトができました。 また館内は基本的に清潔で、簡素ですが必要なものは揃っていて、季節にもよりますが、今回の金額では満足です。 客室内のキッチンも使用させていただきましたが、必要十分でした。

ハード面で数点あります。 ・客室扉のカードキーが解除した後、開けにくい。 ・靴を脱ぐたたきが小さく、靴が大変脱ぎにくい。 ・寝室の間接照明が切れていた。 ・寝室の床が二か所ほど下地が見えていた。 ・リビングの窓辺が夜間暗く感じた。

Location, amenities, and convenience

The staff and apartment are wonderful. Great view, great room layout exceptional kitchen & cooking tools, in room washing machine and lots of space.

Not much to do for summer culture, very sleepy area, few to no signage of hikes, outdoor summer time activities.

Excellent location: 1-2min walk in ski boots to the Grand Hirafu Gondola or Mountain Center Annex rental center. ~10min walk to places like Tonzanken ramen or Musu bar in the village. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient ski vallet service, excellent onsens, and very good restaurant (breakfast included; dinner expensive, but you get your money's worth). Also, could get breakfast to go in a box! The room was beautiful, cozy, and practical. Sapporo vending machine on the 5th floor was an amazing, unexpected added bonus!

Worth noting we were there on a long weekend, but that said, the only downside to the excellent restaurant was that it was very busy. Breakfast was most practical to-go since even arriving for open it would be a ~30min wait for a table, and dinner seemed unlikely without a reservation.
