Very good service and communication. Clean and tidy accommodation. 2 minutes walk from the city centre.

A little bit too small bathroom.

The apartments are very central, close to the beach and centre. Owner was helpful and friendly, collected us from the airport and was open to all questions on our stay. It was handily the cleaner came once during our stay to change linen and give us fresh towels.

Overall the property is lovely, however the size of the room is small. We were told not to turn on aircon for too long… despite the heat of 30 degrees. It was advertised to us that we would have a double bed, but it was 2 single beds pushed together with a big gap in the middle.

A well equipped small double room in a sweet tiny 4 rooms townhouse. The owners do its best to let their guests feel confortable. Due to a mini- fridge, plates, water cooker, coffee&tea, TV, Wifi, all necessary bathroom accessoires I had all I needed for my stay there. Very close to the center/sea promenade with Restaurants and bars (5 Minuten walk) and a backery & Supermarket around the Corner I did not miss a think. Thank you Berti for Hosting me!

Everything was perfect! The check-in and communication with the host, location, cleanliness and facilities, we really enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it!

The apartment had everything that one might need and it was in a perfect location. It was super clean and comfortable. Berti, our host, was always super friendly and responsive. Nothing bad to point out, perfect stay in Split 😏

Location was great right in the old town of Dubrovnik. Modern room but very small. Nice outdoor table and chairs available for the ground floor room.

Hairs in the bed on arrival which were changed when requested. Ground floor room, front door had glass in the door which let light in all night as the main door had a light permanently on all night. There was a curtain over it but wasn't big enough to block out the light so there was a constant glow in the room. Asked staff about this was told they would have to contact the owner in the morning. Also only had a coffee machine, no kettle to make tea. Ground floor room hears all the guests coming in and out of the main front door.

I had a lovely time in Split and really liked the apartment :) Berti was so helpful and gave me lots of great advice for things to do and places to see. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was an amazing location as well- easily accessible to the beach and main attractions! I'd very happily stay here again!

Location was great, very close to the Port, handy as we arrived by boat. Comfortable, quaint little apartment. Host was very helpful on our arrival providing a marked up map with some handy tips and suggestions for restaurants and city highlights.

The apartment is very beautifully decorated. It has all the Facilities you would want in an apartment. comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Locations is quite near the old town, only 8-9 mins walk. There is a bakery just around the corner too. The owner is a nice guy, meets you to explain everything and is highly responsive.

Missed a good coffee machine, not the best bed, sometimes felt less luxurious than expected

Lovely stay and very close to all that you need in Split - quick walk to the restaurants, ferry port and shops. Berti the host was very helpful and lovely for letting us drop our bags early. Super clean and provided beach towels, paper towels, good water pressure and comfortable beds.

The biggest selling point of this property is value for money. That might be true if the rooms were €50-75; we paid over €400 for two rooms. For comparison, we stayed at the Hotel Amphora the following night, which has beautiful views, a decent restaurant, pools etc. A two bedroom suite at that location the price was about the same. The Central Splits apartment location is completely overpriced. Difficult to believe that so many people have given it such a high value for money score. Further, if you are staying on the ground floor you might find yourself waking up in the night to let other guests in. Maybe it was just our experience, but it happened to us a few times during our one night stay, with people knocking on the window asking for help… One additional piece of info: if you’re staying on an upstairs floor, carrying heavy luggage up the narrow, steep stairwell is a serious work. Just something to note. I can’t say I’d recommend staying here at that price.

We had a really great time. The apartment is situated near to the center. The owner was a nice person, the room had everything needed for an amazing vacation.

The service was great. Our amazing host reserved a space for us and gave us wonderful advice about the city. The bed was very comfortable, along with the pillows.

We stayed in the loft which had steep metal stairs. i didn’t like going up and down the stairs so often to get to the bed. When neighbors smoked, the loft smelled very bad and the smoke lingered. No parking close to the stay as advertised.
