great room and fabulous pool area

the environment is calm location is pure nature but quite far from any decent restaurant swimming pool is just Beautiful and the only good attractive of the place is

there was an issue with my reservation and they couldn’t care less , as once you are there there is no alternative.. hotel manager really impolite, demeaning and doesn’t even appears. restaurant is really mediocre unfortunately, few options and really low-level kitchen, not reaching expected standards. you literally need to chase after staff to get things done or supplied (lack of staff maybe) absolutely not worthy the money and too obvious they are focus on specific clients (countries of origin) room was dark like a cave and without intimacy at all, all day drapes had to be closed no views at all from my room , just a huge tree covering everything

we had a suite and the room was really great, the style of the location is very nice and we did like the pool for our dinner we liked the starter

at the time we arrived for breakfast a lot was missing, no bread no juice even no coffee cups, however after 10 min the buffer was again ok for dinner the main menu was a little bit disappointing

staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and nicely decorated. Beds very comfortable. Wish I'd known to look for the comforter on top shelf of closet. Beautiful property, lovely pool, elegant restaurant and plentiful breakfast.

The hotel has the potential to be superb. The management need professional staff and not trainees. Attention to detail would make such a difference. Experienced travellers notice the little things which raise the bar.

Staff is really nice

The facilities are just amazing and it’s extremely comfy, cozy and relaxing environment. Also pool area is just stunning and there are beautiful spots both inner and outdoor to sit and rest.

If to find a minus, two rooms overlook the dining terrace and restaurant and it gets noisy during weekends (mostly at night until 00.30-01.00)

This place is excellent and we even got an upgrade and a bigger room so super happy with everything. The location is magic and staff very friendly and the details are everything in this place! So recomended.

Great location,nice surroundings and gardens

They offer bikes for free which is great and also promote bike rides on their website. However, if you ask the personnel for a bike route, they have no clue and dont really care either. They just tell you to download an app where one could find bike rides and - topic closed. Not really an attitude I expect in such a nice place.
