Excellent Breakfast Very good dishes in the restaurant during lunch and dinner Staff very friendly Good organisation for (free) transport from and to airport - 20min drive. Lovely quiet place with a big garden

Opening hours bar - when I was here bar only opened at 18h30. (informationsign stipulated 13h00....)

This exceptional hotel is located on a lovely farm with lots of opportunity to walk about the grounds safely. The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choice. The rooms were clean and expansive. The staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests. When walking the grounds we noted that the hotel is close to the flight path for the airport. However, the rooms were incredibly quiet.

On my next trip to Quito I would choose a superior room as they are a bit better for little extra cost.

Fantastic character property with extensive gardens which are perfectly maintained. Hotel beautifully decorated for Christmas and very festive vibe including music throughout the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with lots of fresh coffee and orange juice. Staff are trained to the highest standard and discreetly move around the hotel serving guests. Quality of toiletries great, provision of coffee maker and mounted water cooler to help yourself to in each bedroom section is really helpful

I wrote to the hotel 6 times and rang 4 times in advance of my arrival trying to confirm the courtesy hotel shuttle pick up and could not establish contact with the hotel. Staff speak no English except Victor and all calls made in English are deferred until he is available. Swimming pool is not indoors - which makes swimming freezing cold out of summer season. No warm changing areas and towels are not provided. Hotel is based on the flight path for take off for Quito airport which creates a high degree of noise continuously 24/7 - but courtesy ear plugs are provided. WiFi signal was non-existent on the day of arrival and the only option was to perch on bench in reception
