The accommodation is advertised as a 5star hotel but is far from it. The room my partner and I stayed in or rather the bathroom in it was full of black mould. It was clear that the toilet, shower handle and head were not cleaned in a long time. The room and bathroom had a terrible sewer like smell which they tried to cover up by spraying air freashner. We were also out of warm water for two and a half out of four days. The refrigerator also leaked water. We tried to complain but the owners were extremely hard to find or never showed up to talk when we asked. And in addition even though the place is beachfront you have to keep in mind that it is close to the pier which means it is not as clear. There are plenty of nicer beaches to stay at.

Wonderful small hotel. Right on beachfront. Great room with all facilities. Very pleasant helpful staff. A nice touch was fresh fruit and coconut juice being brought to sunbed each day! No breakfast but lovely French bakery La Fabrique directly across the road which was ideal for light breakfast.

A 5 stars villa with prime location and very nice and friendly hosts .Whether for a family with kids or a couple or even a single person ,this place is amazing and worth every single penny spent and here is why: 1- location is unbeatable,with a private pool overlooking the beach and 2 villas amongst others with prime beachfront view. 2- extremely clean and well equipped with all what you need and beyond our expectations ( private pool, chairs ,towels on the beach and in the pool, paddle board,canoes all for you to use for free. 3-Manager and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and efficient,whether when it comes to cleaning your villa everyday as part of the complementary service or offering some drinks,ice cream or fresh fruits as a gesture even though,it wasn’t part of the inclusive. 4-for a family with kids, this was beyond our expectations,extremely secure place ,we could relax while watching the kids enjoying the pool or if they desire to go to the beach. 5-prime location with plenty of restaurants and trendy bars to choose all within walking distance.Papa Joe restaurant which is across the street and has an excellent Thai and western cuisine ,+the Chef/cook offered us to deliver the food right to our villa so we could continue to enjoy the pool/beach while relaxing and eating.there is also a French bakery for chocolate croissant and other brunch choices , 7/11 and pharmacy ,boat tour agencies ,bike and car rentals short walk from the villa . 6- I would like also to thank M. Joseph and his wife (Jay) for their hospitality and making us feel like home,allowing us to check in early 10AM by offering us another villa to unwind and enjoy the beach while getting our villa ready.very nice people that went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, thanks also for the jet ski tour and all the perks your offered ,much appreciated .

I loved the convenience of having the pool and beach right there. The owner and staff are some of the best I have ever encountered. They are super accommodating and hardworking with impeccable customer service. The location is close to a few massages, restaurants(all delicious btw!), cafes and 7-11.

Everything. Our room was very big, clean,completely suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is clean and has a great view to the beach. The beach feels almost private. The owner family is friendly and approachable all the time. Our kids got complementery ice cream and watermelon every day :) Thank you for everything and see you next year!

Liked the Infinity Pool which is just 5 mtrs away from Beach, Kayaking which is free for all guests.And super helpful Manager Jay...she is outstanding in managing guests arrange Taxi and all information related to Koh Samui.

No good restaurant around but 7-11 is within 200 mtrs and thr is microwave, electric stove in the 2 room villa to cook and all stencils to eat food..

Good location in a calm environment. Nice villas and rooms with a pool and a direct access to the Bangrak beach (feeling of private beach). Many restaurants, bars as well as a 7/11 shop around (at walking distance). Kindness and dedication of the manager (Jay) and her staff during the stay.

There was no table to eat with the family comfortably, 2 beds but only one bathroom (toilet + shower together), shower temperature hard to adjust, could be cleaner for 5 stars (dust under the beds and the sofa)

We had a great experience at Villa Labaron. The owners are extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate, and they were very helpful during our stay. The property has an excellent beachfront location, and the room and bathroom are spotless (cleaned daily). The villas are fully equipped with a fridge, pots/pans, utensils, and a stove. We also really enjoyed the infinity pool with views of the sea. The location is great, with many stores and restaurants around. We definitely recommend Villa Labaron to anyone visiting Ko Samui!

No Breakfast, but plenty of places to eat nearby Clean beaches .quite and relaxing .short taxi ride to chewang beach more bars and entertainment .

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary drinks and fruit by the pool were a nice touch. Very relaxed stay. I will definitely be back for longer next time.

The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful - twice they came with fruit snacks when they saw us chilling by the pool! The sky is absolutely beautiful at sunset. We stayed in a Deluxe Double room, which was not beach front (although I thought they were when I booked it given 80% of the photos on booking.com show these rooms). However they are great value and spacious albeit not as impressive as the two larger villas that are sea facing.

It would be nice if there were two paddle boards available so we could have done it together as a couple.

once we arrived at villa, we got a very enthusiastic welcome. the owner and staffs of this villa could help you everything. the location is perfect where all the bars and stores are close to you. they have 6 villas and 3 types with different views different budgets, i am sure there is definitely a villa for you!
