First of all, we called three times when we were arriving without receiving any answer. The owner should be available when new guests arrive. Upon our arrival, there was no welcoming at all. We found on the place by chance just a (very nice) maid, who unfortunately didn't speak a word of English, she gave us the keys but with very poor explanation and no information at all about the environment. By the way, the place is very far from everything, so you always need a car for anything (beach, restaurant, breakfast, supermarket etc.) The apartment we got was partly in a cellar, which doesn't correspond to what we had on our reservation (ground floor apartment). In fact, the main room, one minuscule bathroom and the minuscule kitchen are in a cellar, with a small window and no air change. A nightmare. On the second afternoon we had no hot water for the shower. The third bed is not a real bed, and not suitable for an adult. The owner knew very well they had done something wrong and they offered us a complimentary breakfast on the second day, but all in all the experience was very disappointing.

Beautiful place, comfortable villas with huge terrace, nice outdoors to enjoy during the day or at night. We didn’t miss anything at all and we’d like to stay for a longer. Staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and delicious. It’s a beautiful place surrounded by olive trees and a nice beach is very close.

One day after a cold an rainy day I had to take a shower with cold water.

The owners were very kind and waited up for our arrival very late at night. The apartment was clean and breakfast items were provided.

There weren’t any bars or restaurants within walking distance of the property.

What a wonderful place ! Everything was perfect : the room and the great terrass, the pool, the welcome (thank you Konstantinos for all the advices you gave to us), the breakfast (we take the standard one and it was perfect). A really lovely place to stay

Very comfortable place in the middle of a olives garden with an amazing swimming pool. The perfect position to visit all the beaches and the villages around. The staff is amazing and gives lots of suggestion for a perfect holiday. Recommend.

The pool area is fantastic, as well as the bbq area. The communication is also great, we were given a long list of things to do in the area. We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment for no extra charge which was so nice. They were also happy to provide a travel cot for our son. The rooms are lovely and excellent value, as is the breakfast offering.

Our only complaint is that we wish there was the option to buy drinks and or other groceries from the suites as the nearest grocery store is a fair distance. It’s not a big deal, but you should be prepared if you want to relax and have drinks and snacks by the pool!

The appartment had 2 floors. First floor living room converted in room with 2 beds for the kids. Ok. But the bathroom was really small. Very difficult to take a bath. Nkw the "best" part. The other room and kitchenette was on a basement. I repeat a basement! With only a small window... The appartment wasn't that clean. It had lots of dust on the counters and beds and spiders and moths... The breakfast included in a basket it is an ordinary sliced bread with jam or butter. Bad taste... People expect a basket with fresh breakfast

Really nice setting, lovely decoration, nice pool, all details have a very personal touch. Great breakfast and Gianna is a very nice host.

Unfortunately we had to stay in two different apartments as the first one had already been booked for our second night. And even if both were nice, the first one was just great, with a very large living room and a beautiful terrace. So it was a pity to let it go snd move to the other one!

The only problem was the bed it was very hard. Felt like sleeping on concrete.
