We stayed at Kilindi for 4 nights for our Honeymoon and are still without words. Kilindi exceeded our expectation in every regard & if we could give more than 10/10 we would. We were on an all-inclusive package, so delicious food (everything was so so so good & fresh) & great drinks all day (You have to try the Tropical Octopus Salad!). The entire property was beautiful - very natural, flowers, butterflies, covered in jungle forest where you frequently saw playful monkeys, lizards & the rare elephant shrews (so adorable!). Service was fantastic throughout. The Villas were beautiful and set far apart, so each occupant had their privacy. The design was absolutely gorgeous! 2 private plunge pools, a beautiful veranda to watch the sunsets, a comfy lounge area and a beautiful separate open bathroom. Our personal Butler Salum read each wish from our eyes and made our entire stay so special by surprising us with beautiful dinner options each day, bringing us breakfast & cocktails to our Villa & being super friendly but still very professional. One of our highlights was our private dinner on the beach with own exquisite Seafood BBQ prepared by Chef Emmanuel. The entire Management was really great! Andre was super approachable and was very helpful, professional but also hands-on. The beach is beautifully secluded in a dreamy fisherman's bay with honeymoon-grade beach furniture. The Spa treatments are absolutely fantastic (you must try the Zanzibar Sprice journey)! Self-speaking, everything super clean & the villa beautifully decorated with flowers each day by our housekeeper Flora. We can absolutely recommend this place to anybody - especially if on your honeymoon. It is a little expensive, but the experience you will have is worth every dollar. We will definitely be back! Stunning small hotel, with beautiful private villas and extremely kind and efficient staff. Our butler Salum made sure everything went smoothly during our stay, efficiently managed all of our requests, and even organized a lovely birthday celebration for us. The villa was kept spotless clean at all times. The ladies at the spa are lovely and give great massages. Everything perfect.

everything was perfect, but I have to give it to the staff… our Butler Liliane was the best always thinking ahead of our needs… the entire team is sweet and professional. the Management interacts with the guests and make sure ur stay is perfect. Bravo will definitely come back !!

nothing everything was perfect… they are introducing wellness and Gym very soon which is a great plus. I was the first to try their Kinesiology with their new Yoga/ spa treatment and was incredible…

The bed curtain material did not allow air to circulate which made for uncomfortable sleeping even with the air on. Poor lighting and lack of mirrors. The bathroom location was inconvenient.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms perfectly blend into the surrounding nature. We were well looked after by the fantastic team with special thanks to Baruti & Andre.

Amazing place. The villa are beautiful, it's very calm, discreet, employees are sweets. To be honest we never made such an amazing place before.

Stayed for 4 nights. This is the best place in Zanzibar. The staff, the location, the kindness, the kitchen, the facilities and everything was just fantastic! You get your own butler/ambassador who sorts and plans everything for you! Although everyone working there are so kind and helpful with everything! Our housekeeper left us nice cards and the staff often gave us something extra! The kitchen and the food was incredible! Way above normal 5-star accommodations and hotels! A special thanks to our butler Julius and our housekeeper Flora! But also to the managers, the bartender and all the other kind people working there!

- huge villas with two private pools and a big washroom overlooking the bay - 50 acres full of tropical plants with only 15 villas make the place very intimate - the food is the best probably in the whole Zanzibar..the chef prepares everyday a new menu both for lunch and dinner - the staff is extremely kind and helpful. You will be assigned a private butler who will fulfill all your desires - private beach with huge sunbeds and kayaks to use

this place is magical but if I have to find some “negative” sides..it is right in front of a fishermen village where fishermen fix their wooden boats day and night so you will hear some noise. secondly..the sea gets completely dry during low tides (and it’s never deep enough to swim during high tides). So you need to walk 100 meters to get to the big beach of Kendwa to have a deep sea.

Kilindi is a fantastic place! We stayed for 4 nights on our honeymoon and had a magical time. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We had our own personal butler Baruti who attended to our every need. The bungalow complexes are out of this world - two private plunge pools, the biggest double bed I've ever seen, lovely lounge area with sunset views and a huge open bathroom. The food and service was amazing and endless - we ate so much and there was always more. The infinity pool was stunning and long enough for a decent swim (25m). There are only fifteen bungalows and loads of communal space, so we didn't see too many other guests around. Kilindi is away from other resorts, on the edge of a local fishing village. The beach is not shared, and feels very private. On our last night they prepared a lobster BBQ on the beach for us. Amazing!

Not much to dislike. Occasionally the pools weren't very clean. Our bungalow wi-fi went off several times, which made it difficult to communicate because the bungalow phone only works with internet. Our running water also went off frequently.

Andrew and the whole staff team felt like home. Everything exceeded my expectations. My regrets i didn't book enough days there. But i will be back..soon . It's soo worth it.
