looked nothing like the advertised photo. no room for suitcases. wifi only worked from outside. bad smell coming from bathroom. the worst shower ever.

Everything was perfect when we arrived! Small complimentary items made our day. The place was just as described in the most perfect location and in the nicest street around. Very happy with our stay!

Parking was a little tricky but once worked out, all was fine!

Charming and cosy. Elegant and authentic at the same time. Maurizio is very professional and kind. We felt at home. We highly recommend the place and we will definitely return one more time.

it was close to the main Piazza, had a comfortable bed and the building had character.

bathroom was Tiny and at times there was street noise but this did quite down about 9.30pm

the hot water was gone in 2 minutes during showering, that was a major issue and also the bed was uncomfortable, limited space in the app.

I was in contact via WhatsApp and that worked wonders. The host gave me a 4 digit code and the key was in a code box.

the little apartment is perfect for a short stay in ostuni. not far from the centre, calm, comfortable and everything you need is there. the staff responded within seconds when we needed something and brought us an extra heating when we were cold - within 10 minutes. perfect service, great stay, very good value for money

a bit dark, but that was not really a problem and us typical for this kind of house.

The location was walking distance to the city center.

It is a cute apartment on an alley with no parking. When we arrived we pulled into the alley to unload our bags prior to parking on the Main Street. We were not there more than 5 min when we were being yelled at by a man in a white car, telling us we could not park there (which we knew, we were just unloading our bags. We moved the car, only to see that the same man pulled his car in the alley to park. Other challenges were that it was Dec and hard to get the apt warm with the small heater up on the wall. The place has high ceilings. You can not run the heater and boil water on the hot plate at the same time or you blow the circuit breaker. So we alternated running the heater, boiling water for tea and slept in our jackets and sweatpants. I messaged the manager and he sent the man from the white car over (he was nice this time) to look at the circuit breaker, but we had already found the panel and turned the power back on.
